I love YFU!!!! My exchange year was 2006-2007!!! and it was soooooooooooooooooooo cool!!! I've met people from the whole world!!! it was great fun!!!! But .... it's finished!!=( I miss germany and all my friends...
I love YFU as well! I'm goin' to go from Germany (where i live) to the US for a year...YFU is the bs exchange oragnization in the world! Great preparation and everything!

Also YFU is a great organization, I highly recommend it they do take students with average gradesI think they care more about what you do in your free time and how much you care about learning about a new culture and if you are easy person to get along with. its more personal than academic in my opinion...TRY IT! its worth trying :) I didn't expect to get in & i even got a full scholarship. let me know if u have q's

Is it hard to become a YFU-exchange student? I mean do they just accept people with very good grades or do they also accept average students?
