Iron Man being a skrull would be worse than Cap being one. Considering we know Jarvis is an official skrull (lvl 9 creepy), Jarvis had to convicting Stark into some of choices. We still don't know if Prof X is a skrull to, though he was being used in House of M.
That'd be grand, the one thing that I think is missing in this thing is Mutant involvement. They are more space savvy than most in the MU, I think they should be getting into the fray

Ms Marvel was repeatedly not arresting Cage also. She's a skrull, so maybe he is aswell, or maybe he's a skrull in the way Tony Stark might be. That whole you're a skrull, part of our plan, but you don't even know it.
