I suffered a SAH myself 12 months ago, at the age of 43. Recovery has been good, but full of ups and downs. Just don't try and do too much too soon, honey. I think I felt a sense of euphoria and invincibility when I first come through it - I was on a high that I'd cheated death somehow. It's easy to try to do too much. Rest and take it easy - I hope you come through it well. A terrible thing to happen to you at the age of 15 xxx
