Haha... turn off wifi, turn off the screen, turn off GPS... The best way to save battery is to turn off the phone, haha

I use "Toggle Settings". It's a great way to do all of the above except turning off the phone.

T-Mobile will send the update to you. They're sending the update over the air, so you have to wait for it. By the end of this week, everyone should have it.

Unfortunately no, you can't use a Bluetooth headset to listen to music. However, the cupcake firmware update that we'll be receiving by the end of this week will contain stereo Bluetooth compatibility. We've just gotta be patient to receive our update I guess. ^_^

There's alot of things. Mostly, the Video Recorder, and Javascript (meaning you can watch more than just Youtube vids). And alot of more things too. If you google it, andriod update cupcake g1, alot should pop out. Every user should have it by May 15th and the end of may for sure every G1 will have the cupcake update. Some people like Derrick and myself already have it. xP

To improve your battery life download "Close All" and "Power Manager" from Market.

(get the free version of "Power Manager" from developers website) .

Close All is awesome because it kills unused background processes.

Power Manager is also nice because you can create profiles in order to turn off wifi, bt, gps and call location, that means more battery life....

and the one i really like was the bronze, but it has same keyboard issues as white, is their an app or somehting i can download to do this, its like the little led on the top of the phone that blinks green, and when your charging it turns orange, well their an app i donloaded to notify me when i get a message and you can pick any color, and it actually changes the color of the led to blue, red baby blue, whatever you want, is this possible with keyboard backlighting,

I like your videos, being a G1 owner myself and having talked with Cnet peepz. That phone that is displayed is a "mock" or photo shopped version of what t-mobile and google would want the g2 to look like. It's not the confirmed product. But everything else is correct. Keep up the good work!
