  • i need to do some of these i got really bad shin splints last lacrosse season and now im worried i will again for track

  • It wouldn't really strengthen the achilles but it would stretch it. To strengthen the achilles do TOE walk rather than heel walks.

  • would this exercise help strengthen the achilles even though it would seem it does not involve the achilles?

  • This exercise strengthens the feet and shins. It can be useful for preventing shin splints.
