i worked a a toilet paper factory. it was all recycled paper, funny thing though, none of it was toilet paper. so, for all the tree hugging liberal vegetarian human hating

I don't recycle. I'm studying to be a design engineer and 1 thing I've learned is that apart from a few objects, it costs & uses more energy to recycle than to create new. Recycling usually causes more environmental damage if you look at the big picture (extra transport, extra power, extra processing, etc). Only SOME glass bottles can be recycled effectively and aluminium products - most of which people don't throw out.
