wish there was a manual start up tutorial, I don't like using the shortcut key.

also does this have autopilot? couse I found a heading hold switch. O.o if it does how do I use it ^^ I have never seen a helicopter with autopilot.

There is autopilot in that add-on.

However, some real heli. have autopilot.

@chimpl ? how do you use it, the buttons seem unresponsive and the site says that it doesn't work for now. And yeah some helicopters do have autopilot, but this is the first time I have seen one.

its hard to turn around at high speed i used a mixture of turn and yaw, and another question is how do you hover?

Hover is a relatively complicated skill in helicopter.

When you want to transit from forward movement to stationary, you need to :

1. Reduce airspeed

2. Maintain altitude

3. Maintain heading

So, you have to pull down the collective > but the altitude will drop. Therefore pull the cyclic backward to compensate the drop (maintain same altitude).

Increase power when you have zero airspeed > all lift are solely provided by the upward rotor thrust.

By doing this, you may be able to hover !

can someone tell me what they use to fly on this simulator? i had this fsx on a garbage laptop when i was in iraq and i used an xbox 360 controller. what are all you guys using? is there a yoke i should pick up? or just the keyboard?

I suggest you use a Joystick with Throttle control, which you will fly copter more easier.
