To anyone doubting the legitimacy of this client - try pressing the ` key while in game, you will have a purple panel open on your screen, exactly like the one in the video, except yours will not have any commands activated - what this does is modifies your game client (all effects are client-sided) using special commands that usually only jagex moderators have access to, but this is an 'unlocked' dev client so the game will allow it.

But anyways, there is an in-game console used by jagex mods, activated when you press the ` key - it allows j-mods to go through a certain list of commands that other players do not - this will NOT modify other people's gameplay, but you will be seeing massive changes - as shown in the video, you can change the style of the camera, you can open any interface, you can turn NPCs off, and the list goes on and on
