  • SLOW DOWN!!!!!!

  • I just got 0:11.24 seconds on a 2x2 thnx for putting this tut up

  • THANK YOU...You're so kind and think of others.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

  • Can you help me? What is the F U R F' R' U' U2 or whatever thing? Plz message me.

  • Stop moving too fast

  • wth does f mean? front or what? cause i can't see you switch the front ><

  • @rasse995 F means the 4 squares in FRONT of you. So hold your cube with the first 4 faces in front on you so you don't see the other faces.

    That's your F for you.

  • ok man like slow down

  • SO if our rubix cube is set up like this and youtube added a slo mo button, maybe this wouldnt be too bad

  • WHERE IS THE SLOW MOTION BUTTON?

  • As clear as bloody mud ..

  • this seems harder than a 3 by 3

  • I love how a 2x2 cube is almost just as hard as a 3x3x3 cube for beginners!

  • where can i buy one? plz

  • @DavidTricker1 Google, you fucking moron.

  • @qeqweqeqweqweqweq i meant a store fag

  • @DavidTricker1 You fucking idiot... why do you need a store to buy one?

    Just buy it online, bitch

  • im sorry but what the fuck is all that r u i 2 u shit? you could of atleast said "find out what all these mean before watching this video"

  • how do you know what face you need to do each algorithm on

  • @heartlessxx10000 y means cube rotation.instead of y' on the 2x2 you could just do U' D and it will be the same as y'

  • @elbowg1 Thank you sooooo much!

  • ive gotten from 4min to 20 sec average from this vid. THANKS!

  • After you got the top and bottom layer done, in the first step for the algorithm there was a Y' what's Y ?

  • If you didnt understand it completly or you need more practice then check out my ortega method tutorial on my channel :)

  • Thanks a lot, man!

    You are great.

    :)

  • @Injectopliaktor Thanks! I hope it helped!

  • this seems more steps then the 3 3 3

  • @22mrspeedemon It's only 3 steps total. First face, opposite face, and then PBL (permuting both layers).

  • @22mrspeedemon no hes just showing all the scenarios so that you know how to solve it no matter what way your cube is mixed up

  • just kidin...THANK YOU!!!!

  • ...im lost

  • @TutorialJumba Thank you!

  • there is another case for the second part, the top and bottom are done but each of the other four sides has one of each colour in it, is it one of the ones you described because none of them work on it?

  • @powerbuttin888 if you do the first algorithm ( R2 U R2 U2 y' R2 U R2 ) it brings it to the state where you do the same thing (makes two bars) but is there an algorithm that solves it instead of having to do this one twice?

  • @powerbuttin888 would you mind making a video for it? I guarantee that there's an easier algorithm. Would you mind taking a picture or making a quick video of it?

  • @lordskull14 nvm, i made a vid, it's on my channel

  • Second Layer: 2 Up & 2 Straight- F R U R' U' F' Diagonal points (L Case)-F R U’ R’ U’ R U R’ F’ 1 Up-R U2 R’ U’ R U’ R’ 1 Up-R U R’ U R U2 R’ 2 Up & 2 Side-R U R’ U’ R’ F R F’ 2 Facing & 2 Away-R2 U2 R’ U2 R2 2 Facing Left & 2 Opposite-F R U R’ U’ R U R’ U’ F’ Third Layer: 2 on Bottom & 2 on Top (different color)-R2 U R2 U2 y’(turn cube left) R2 U R2 2 on Bottom & 2 Diagonal-L D’ L F2 L’ D L’ Columns-L2 B2 L2 J Permutation-R U2 R’ U’ R U2 R’ F R’ F’ R Y Permutation-R U’ R’ U’ F2 U’ R U R’ D R2
  • Watch how the cube is oriented on his hand to know how to apply these algorithms

p.s. pause the video & absorb what you can slowly. Hope this helps

  • dose u2 mean u twist it twice clockwise, plz rply

  • @Samson8171 it doesn't matter weather it it cw or ccw, it ends up in the same place, but yes U2 means to turn the up face 180 degrees (same applies to all sides)

  • @Samson8171 Yes it does.

  • @Samson8171 it doesn't matter you idiot! its 180 degrees!

  • @Samson8171 it doesn't matter! its 180 degrees! duh

  • @Samson8171

    yes it does

  • hey.. instead of solving the rubiks cube why dont you just take the stickers off and put them back on.. and wtf is a case the last time i checked a rubiks cube has SIDES not CASES

  • @Kidrulez1 1. it ruins the stickers and makes the whole thing look ugly 2. it's less fun 3. it's way less impressive

  • @powerbuttin888 no1 asked you

  • @Kidrulez1 what? he asked me to make one, I said I couldn't, but I actually could (realised that later) ans told him I uploaded it and to look for it on my channel,

  • luv it(:

  • @EmiLYSings4u thanks!

  • RUF RU RFUR FU

  • hey issac srry i quit the game :(

  • DUDE!! write the algorithms PLEASE

  • what does y inverted mean. (which direction does it go and what peice moves)

  • @ronw4456 y' is move where you turn your entire cube counter-clockwise 90 degrees. Its like doing U' move but with whole cube with it. I hope this helped.

  • what the hell? How do you remember the algorythm

  • @Theultimatedemifan2 just practice...you'd be surprised how quickly you'll be able to remember them

  • @lordskull14 Pardon me, but what it y?

  • thanks, preety easy, just learning the simple algorithms

  • @jaedcapo i'm glad you liked it! post a video response if you want :)

  • gotta love the "tutorials" where the "tutor" doesnt explain anything he's doing and just assumes the viewer can just follow right along. Hey dude, guess what, we dont all memorize algorithms all day, so maybe slow it down and actually explain whats happening with the cube as you make your moves. remember, tutorials are for beginners, not for people that already know what you're talking about.

  • @cubswin1982 @cubswin1982 I'm well aware that people dont sit around and memorize algorithms all day. I myself don't do that. It's a 2x2. There Instead of simply criticizing what I am telling you, do everyone a favor and tell me which parts were unclear and I will do my best to explain them. Not everybody will understand everything the first or even the second time. I explained everything pretty thoroughly. You yourself said that tutorials are for beginners. I made it as simple as possible.

  • i can do a 1x1 in less then a second *AHEM* less then 0.00000000001 of a second

  • looks soo easy is it

  • @St34DyB0y1409 Haha yes it is.

  • ortega method and bigener method

  • @pokemonman957 There are far more than that. There's EG, CLL, OFOTA, SS, Guimond, Ortega, SOAP, LBL, etc lol.

  • are there actually different methods?? wich one are there??

    tnhx

  • @videofreek112 There are in fact multiple methods. I can make a video on them or I can direct you to a video which describes them. Let me know which one you would prefer.

  • Is it something wrong with my 2x2x2? on my cube white is facing blue and green is facing yellow :S

  • @Sandwichfilms167 You have a japanese color scheme. That is the color scheme that is on a rubik's 2x2 when you first get it. However, I changed it to what it's supposed to be with white across from yellow and blue across from green. If you look at the video, you jmight notice that my blue stickers are peeling. This is because I switched them.

  • what in the hell are you talking about?

  • @uncletom78 I'm not entirely sure what you dont understand.

  • fuck your whole mutha

  • Your video is incredible ;D

  • Thank you :) I'm glad you liked it :)

  • THANX SO MUCH IT HELPED ME HEAPS TO FINISH THE CUBE i always use to get stuck on those final two pieces and you gave the two algorithms for the two scenarios and it has worked perfectly just have to hold it in the right direction

  • I'm glad it helped :)

  • what exactly is y-inverted

  • y inverted is a cube rotation. If you hold blue on the front face, and yellow on the top face, and then turn the cube so that Orange is on the front face and yellow is still on the top face, you have done a y inverted. A y would simply be holding blue front yellow top and turning it so that it becomes red front yellow top.

  • dude thanks you are the only one i can understand

  • no problem. :)

  • um.....what?

  • what exactly didn't you understand?

  • lol sagar a rubiks 2x2, really?

  • lol i got it from rubiks for free.. so that they could put this vid on their site =D

  • haha, howd you get that deal?

  • lol well i had an eastsheen... and i already had a tut on that... and then they were like we like it but you don't have a rubiks 2x2... so then i asked what i should do and they said they'd send me one just for this vid =D

  • eastsheen? thttss a funnyy namee =)

  • Great vid!

  • thank you!

  • youre lucky that they sent you that even though eastheen are better

  • i have an eastsheen too lol.

  • are rubiks 2x2's smaller ?

  • yes. by about a centimeter on each side actually.

  • dang my friend is buying me an ice cube but ill probably just let it collect dust on my desk

  • the ice cube isn't very good at all... even the one i have in this vid is better than that one.... but i recommend buying an eastsheen too.

  • I know it will just be a dust collector because I think it looks cool i'll still use my eastheen

  • haha ok and yea.

  • what do you average on 3x3 and 2x2 ?

  • I'm sub 23 on a good day on the 3x3...and for the 2x2 i'm basically sub 6.. i'm working on getting sub 5 by atleast my next competition.

  • 2-look oll intuitive f2l right? and full pll? and just ortega 2x2?

can you do a video on how to get sub -25 3x3 because I cant break it

  • some OLL's i know so i'll do the regular OLL but 2 look as a backup too...yes i use full PLL. and for 2x2 I use CLL. I just taught the ortega method because it's very very easy. and I guess I could make a video like that sometime.

  • thank you for your time :D
