If the father agrees to the child than later (after birth) changes his mind, he must still pay child support. All of these stipulations can be enforceable and provable with a couple of contracts.
I believe what I have said is fair, easy, and quick to put into effect.
In summary, both the man and the woman will be free. The woman can still chose to have a baby and the man can chose to not to pay if he did not want the baby. I think it's a win-win situation.

If she chooses to go through and if the father does not want the pregnancy then the father is not responsible for child support. The contract would declare the women to be on birth control but in the event that a pregnancy should occur, the women has to option to abort the pregnancy or to be sole financial supporter of the child should she chose to give birth to the child. In all honesty I feel that not paying child support is morally wrong, but as long as abortion is legal than women have 100% control of their future as parents while the same freedom is not granted to men. If the father agrees to the child than later (after birth) changes his mind, he must still pay child support. All of these stipulations can be enforceable and provable with a couple of contracts.
I believe what I have said is fair, easy, and quick to put into effect.
In summary, both the man and the woman will be free. The woman can still chose to have a baby and the man can chose to not to pay if he did not want the baby. I think it's a win-win situation.

I'm surprised people have been thinking for so long about the issue of mandatory child support. The answer I am about to give is remarkable easy and fair.
My Proposed Law: The woman continues to have sole choice whether or not to go through with the pregnancy. If she chooses to go through and if the father does not want the pregnancy then the father is not responsible for child support. This way, the woman will give birth with thew understanding she is fully financially responsible.

Facts:
1) It is often said "well I guess the man shouldn't have had sex". Well, by the same token, "the women can chose not to have sex"
2) The woman has the option of going through with the pregnancy or aborting.
(1), (2) ==> Woman has the sole decision in bringing a new human life onto Earth and by doing so forces the man to pay child support. This is clearly unfair because the man is forced to pay money for a child he does not want.

First off, your second sentence has absolutely nothing to do with our argument. but since you brought it up, 70% of domestic violence is caused by women (source: CDC, not sure of year), and multiple studies show women are the more likely to start fights than men.
Regardless, there is no easy way to take care of a kid who has already been scarred from a divorce. All I'm saying is the man shouldn't be bombarded with child support while the woman gets everything for nothing.

While I generally agree one study does not provide concrete conclusions, they are still meant to give an indication of that specific area of work/study. Regardless, I have yet to see any type of work in a similar fashion that refutes the study I posted earlier.

How about 275 dv studies that confirm women being equally or more likely to engage in partner violence compared to men.

If a mother prevents the father from accessing his child, she is treating him like a donor from a sperm clinic. Thus, his payments and responsibilities should be the same as for an anonymous donor : zero .

Any report containing domestic violence figures shows that men and women assault each other at nearly equal rates. Most child abuse is at the hands of women in part because child abuse is linked to low income and in part because women, not only mothers, spend more time in child care.

Single women are at greater risk of crime as are single mothers. Step-fathers and boyfriends contribute the majority of domestic violence. Women and children are 10x safer with the resider biological father of the children. The best thing a woman can do to increase her safety is to get married.
