I have one of these - feels very comfortable and sturdy to run on. One frustration is that you can't set a target distance - only a target time. That seems a pretty big omission. At least I haven't found a way, so Life Fitness please prove me wrong??

But I was always told to not stretch when I'm on the tread... And there you are, with a demonstration video where a person does exactly what she is not supposed to!
