So Beyonce dances on her dancers..which are mostly gay males (which I think she is great for allowing them to express themselves freely not a problem) but this is Rihanna's boss and a married man. Notice how the title says "Rihanna sings, "whats my name?". People paid to have them there and for her to perform and so when she wasn't her manager told her to put the mic to her mouth and perform that's why she started to sing after that..
