@yambor44 It was a good day...It is starting to get easier and easier the more sessions I get under my belt. I learn something with every batch that makes things go smoother the next time. I'm happy with this system, especially the mash tun-it holds the temp very well. The only cons are the kegs are heavy and awkward to clean and having to climb up to fill the hlt... A $2000 single tier Blichmann setup would cure both of those! If I complain enough about my sore back, SWMBO might give in.
@jmoney7728 for you, $1999 ole buddy! I was thinking of selling just the Blichmanns, Pumps, Hoses and Stand for $1500.00...then I can piece out the other stuff.
I almost rode out to your house today. Made it to Citra and turned and came back on old jax.
