Great video. Question - when I play 5. Nf3 in this line, Black's response 5.. Bg4 has given me problems because 6. Be2 is answered by 6.. Nc6 which puts pressure on the d4 pawn, and the c4 pawn is hanging if Black takes the N on f3 and White recaptures with the Bishop. So my question is, how should White answer 5.. Bg4?

Sorry, but that you will have to read in a book or somewhere else. I think that's the mainline, and what to do naturally depends on what black plays. However, 6.Be2 Nc6 7.d5 (Bxf3 8. gxf3) is a possibility. :-)
