I love using this method and have told all my friends and my grown children too. I have a salt shaker for the bedroom if I need it, one for my car and one in the kitchen. I got these all when I was sick the first time I saw this. I have only needed them a few times but each time the sore throat just went away and did not turn into anything else.

I think this works. I am using it all the time, as needed and I've been telling my friends (carefully) since it is very unusual. I carry one in my car in one of those little picnic type salt shakers (about 4 inches tall). You were right, the first time it took several days since I was already sick by then.

I am on antibiotics for strep and I've been using anestetic sprays with tylenol for 3 years, plus gargling with warm salt water. I just threw some salt into the back of my throat now, and I feel better that I have in a while... instantly. I'm a little amazed actually.

Now I think you may just be wanting to sell things or may be a doctor, but natural cure is always better. Honey is a natural antiboiotic. Don't tell someone they could die if they don't treat it with antibiotics, this guy litterly saved me from going to the emergency room on a late Sunday.. Doctors just want to give medicines all the time.

That makes sence. I have a question... I mean, if you have time. I've had this sore throat happening but also this sort of swelling or inflimation . I dont know if thats normal. I read somwhere that if your soft pallet is swollen than chances are your tonsiles are two. I don't know if i have that for sure because I think it's supposed to hurt more than this in that case, but I have like zero money for a doctor so I was hopping maybe you could offer advice.
