  • Más que excelente Juan diego. Muy bien ese Do sobre agudo. Bien proyectado

  • We have seen this fantastic tenor "progress and grow as an artist" (@ theintrepidfox1969) in the last 10 years of his participation in Rosenblatt Recitals and we've created a video out of his latest Rosenblatt Recital in 2007 if you're interested! He is coming back to the series next week in London and we cannot wait for his virtuoso recital!

  • De antologìa!!!!!

  • That high C at the end....magic!!

  • How wonderful. It must have been a great experience

  • We at the Metropolitan Opera in New York are enjoying this wonderful artist.

  • I think JDF is fantastic. I prefer this DVD to the DVD from Teatro Carlo Felice Genoa - setting La Fille in 1944 with American troops seems wrong.

I hope it isn't the 1944 setting at ROH in May 2010 but it will still be amazing to see Flórez.

  • Ah, cette voix! C'est toujours un régal.

  • I have to agree with the audience, this was an incredible performance!

  • this guy is a real treasure. the voice is fantastic, he moves well, and he looks as if he is enjoying himself.(not all of them do)

  • 6 stars!

  • Bella Canto! I am impressed with his mastery of this piece. I would travel the world to hear him perform!

    Micki G

  • He'll be at the ROH this year reprising this role. Hope you can make it to see him. I watched it via satellite from the Met. It was outstanding. I'm tempted to try for a ticket at the ROH to see it in the flesh so to speak!

  • @mickimg I saw him last year in the Liceu, Barcelona. He got to do a bis of this piece and people wouldn't stop cheering him up wanting for more. It was an incredible evening.

  • wow.

  • WOW! It is gonna be fun to see this man progress and grow as an artist. His prowess as a tenor is quite evident! WOW!

  • @theintrepidfox1969 He has a name: Juan Diego Flores and is from Peru

  • The beauty of live performance, for me, is the occasional imperfection. Singers are human beings after all, not machines. I agree, it's an excellent, charming performance.

  • Natalie, not Nataly

  • El mejor tenor ligero de todos los tiempos (dicho por Domingo)
