I found an even EASIER way to beat him. Do the same thing these guys say but before the battle make an IED and toss it at the copter. then go make another one. Mix Stir Repeat x3 and bam he's dead and you loose little to no health

Also, on the first use of the winch, don't bother with attacking, run to the barricades/military cases and toss them near the winch for use later, then on following turns, throw the objects that you stocked near the winch, they do massive damage in comparison to the lights, three of them will do the trick
