Actualy they're worst. If you kill them, you'll get full adam, if you save them, you get very little adam.... but i always save them ;)

Actually, you get more adam by saving them because the doctor gives you rewards and more adam.

No, the Big Daddies just mind their own manners. So if you see one, it won't attack you. It only defends itself or the Little Sisters. The aren't evil either. They just have parasite in them.
