If they don't want to help then go to a manager & then they'll have to help you unless there policy is that they do not pull figures from the back until the pegs are practically empty cause some Targets do that...

@98erikdj Trust me I couldn't believe it either. but that same night when I went to my local Walmart I found an entire pallet FULL of boxes of VC,Movie Heroes,CW,Ultimate FX lightsabers I mean it was way more stuff then in this video! it was awesome :))))

I really wish the UK had walmart and target but we dont :( and where i live there is no shops that sell action figures other than my local super market but they dont stock up on new figs so they have old out dated legacy collection and clone wars LOL

I also think that the Movie Heroes Darth Maul is a kitbash using the 2002 "Sith Training" Maul figure. There are two little wheels on his back that control his arms for a swinging lightsaber action. The head might be new(or new-ER, anyways) but I recognize that body and skirt from the SAGA line. It's not a bad figure...if you want an action-oriented Maul without a ton of articulation he's a good solid choice. But other Mauls this year are and will be much better.

Great finds, man! In my area they usually leave the toy department pallets out on the floor late at night when I'm not in the stores. Nine times out of ten I dont see new figures until they're actually hanging on the pegs. To be honest, I'd be tempted to grab the entire case of 12, take it up to the cash register and just buy the entire thing in one fell swoop. =0) I already have the new wave, but I can always use extras for loose display purposes. Right now I'm scoping for an extra Maul or two.

@TheDarthEddie Yeah I actually purchased an entire box once & from those new waves I took to VC cases (empty of course) don't want the entire wave! as well as 1 empty case of CW & Movie Heroes. Maul will be a hard figure to come by but the most exciting part is that this year I hope I get to see Ray Park again at Star Wars Weekends or Celebration 6 & have him sign the VC Maul. Now that would be awesome!

@Nabil6901 Yeah, the new TVC Maul is excellent in all sorts of ways. It's Epic Win in plastic, baby. ;) I'm starting to think that unless I luck out like you did and just stumble into someone who can help you with unopened cases it'll take me a while to get another Maul, but that's cool. I can wait if I have to. The fact that I even *have* a new Vintage Maul is beating the odds I suppose. All these TPM figures don't last long on pegs...they must be setting Vintage sales records with these boys!

The Movie Heroes Vader is a straight repack of the 2002 SAGA "Bespin Duel" figure. The articulation is pretty restricted and limited to that one pose from the movie where he reaches out with his hand to Luke to beckon him to join him on the Dark Side. The detailing on the figure is cool, but he can't do much outside a specific action pose from the movie. In 2002 he was awesome. Ten years later, not so much.

I have loose multiples of that Vader from back when he hit pegs, and hard. It's a perfect Vader to pose, but if you play around with them to get a lot of different poses he's pretty useless. The magnet in his hand to "Force attract" the metal hilt of his lightsaber was a neat gimmick in 2002 but in recent years Hasbro has gotten away from those kind of action features on their figures. I don't know if the Movie Heroes repack has the metal saber hilt and hand magnet or not.

Also btw I like how your Wal-Mart is stacked up with a lot of new stuff, luckily you got them before they were put on the shelves :p I don't have a nearby Wal-Mart. Only stores I go to is Target or K-Mart. TRU is the farthest. and sadly all three retail stores are very slow in stocking up new stuff. so your lucky bro :) you should hook me up someday hehe :P

Swweeet. :) well I haven't bought any kind of figures(WWE,SW or Marvel) for like 3-4 months? just been trading and selling some WWE figures and I gotta say Its very tempting to get me some new 2012 Star Wars figures missed out on the 2011 fall releases of the SW figures, just focused on WWE. Hard to collect more than one toyline. Sadly this is why I had financial problems. semi-retired in collecting but dangg..toylines from Hasbro and Mattel are really tempting me :l

Best thing is to always as to check in the back for you or go around 10pm when all that stock is on the floor & ask a employee if they can open a box for you,which usually they say yes,plus if you're a paying customer they can't say no. Make sure they don't notice the date thing cause it happened at my Wally..

@ultimatemarvelanddc They are really cool. I think MANY of us collectors don't care about Movie Heroes cause they're repacks & I think Hasbro made a big mistake on doing that cause no one wants them. Maybe 1 or 2 figs but the new ones that have never been made will also be released on a Vintage card like Mawhonic,Gungan Warrior ect. I mean what up with that? I hope u find the figs u want soon my friend,MTFBWY

@ChillyDawg219 here's the trick if you see the pegs empty grab a figure & go to an employee & ask them if they might have any figs in the back by check scanning the bar code on the figure YOU got & it'll say on the scanner they have (that looks like a gun) how many they have put out & how many they have in the back or at least on order. if they have any in the back then they'll check for you & obviously ur the 1st one so you get the chance to open the cases! good luck :)
