Hey man, great job there!! five stars! on another note, it does no good to tease the rockband/GHwt kids. 1/2 were never going to play drums anyways, 1/4 were already drummers, and for 1/4 the plastic drums are a gateway to the real thing. The way I see it more people than ever are realizing they CAN learn to do something cool like drum and these plastic toys show them that.

I've been working on tweaks for my audio since it's literally being recorded by a point and shoot digital camera. I can't have the output on it too loud otherwise it sounds garbled and terrible.

I'm considering investing in some actually recording equipment though so my videos don't sound too terrible.

Oh it's so sad really. If you're trying to prove that Rock Band can be transcribed into real drums, you'll be playing on a drumkit from Wal Mart with a snare, a bass pedal, two toms and a crash. The only thing right in the game is sticking, occasionally.

Don't make excuses for why the drumming was poor in your video, and if you have time to put up 70+ Rock Band videos, I think you can throw in some -actual- drumming once in awhile, not just straight plastic.

When playing Rock Band, you're essentially playing a drum kit that has a snare, two toms, and a one cymbal, oh, and a bass drum. So you can keep time by hitting pads that are inches apart. Can you do the same with cymbals that are 4 feet apart, or while keeping your left foot hi hat going that isn't on Rock Band for ANY songs? Or better yet, what about on songs where there's 6 crash cymbals? I don't post Rock Band videos because it's not impressive.
