Disregarding that just about anything uploaded to Youtube will suffer as far as audio quality goes in the long run, this should not be titled as "good quality". This audio is lossy as fuck. Another contributing factor may have to do with this probably being downloaded, uploaded, downloaded, uploaded, etc. several times or maybe posting it to Youtube in the first place in a more compressed format. In any case, it's pretty dreadful.
