  • In 1984-1986, On Kids Incorporated, The bumpers are no longer preceded by the 1st intro., the pilot clips are dropped in season 1.

  • In 1985, In Season 2, The bumpers are no longer preceded by a pilot intro.

  • In Season 2, The bumpers are no longer.

  • Kids Incorporated - 72 Second Intro

  • Wow this is so cool. I love Kids Inc I loved it as a kid I still do. It's a shame I missed Kids Inc series in 1983- 1987 because I wasn't born then. I watched it from 1988-1993 on Disney Channel with my Nanna and Grandad. I drove them nuts with this show. I loved them all but Marta (Martika), Stacy, Renee, Jerry, Rahsaan, Jennifer Love Hewit, Ryan, Kenny Dewyn and Connie Lew are my favourites but I love them all. I hope Disney Channel, ITV1, CITV or CBBC bring this show back because it rocks.

  • I'm so lucky to have been a child of the 80s!!!!

  • @Donnie2020 No, I'm not kidding. That really is my dad. He played "Danny" on the pilot. He knew Fergie well when she was young. He taught her how to mini golf :)

  • @beccahowesyo , that's your dad at 0:22 peeking around the building with Stacy and Renee? and next to the Kids at work sign wearing the hard hat? 1:06

  • @Astraldragon1 He's the one playing the keyboard at the end and then he spins. He's also the one hanging on the fence around 0:21. He's in it more too, but it's hard to see him.

  • cute little Fergie

    i miss the 80s too : (

  • they do not have great shows like this any more

  • I used to love this show. Can't believe this was 26 years ago. I still remember it.

  • Fergie there. (STACY FERGUSON!

  • OMG i remember flying home from church to watch this on PBS

  • Just like all things, the original cast was and still is the best. My childhood, I pray for my future children, with the political correctness and effeminising of young males; all forms of uselessness in this age has been unleashed.

  • LOL Awesome! I forgot all about this! Thanks for posting :)

  • I MISS THE EIGHTIES!!!!!!!!!

    'Dem days is long gone.

  • Loved this show as a 13 year old when it came out. I loved it so much that when Martika came out with her first cassette in the mid 80's, I rushed out to buy it. And I can't believe that Mario Lopez was in it, too! I think he was a dancer in a few episodes (or was it just 1?).

  • would be so cool if the entire movie was available somewhere :-)

  • September of '83 baby!

  • i was a 90's and i hav seen some to in the early 90's when 3 and 4 but i was more into the 90's kids inc with kenny as leader and after he leftand and that other guy became leader and the p*lace had a new ower i justed stopped but other then kenny the kid was my fave he eas cool i thought he was gay then i saw the 1987 ep and i though he was not gay but he is but the brother is cool any way.

  • Ok I knew Fergi was on here but had no idea that Rahsaan Patterson was on here too, wow!

  • Wait a minute. Did that guy just say "4Kids?"

  • Ohhhhhhh my gosh I use to love love love love this show SOO much!!!!!!!! It totally gave me goose bumps watching this right now.. I wanna be a kid again! =(

  • I'm not an 80s kid but I remember watching these episodes in re-runs on the Disney Channel in the early 90s when I was 4 and 5.

  • im wit u on that one, but if im not mistaken, was that Fergie and Rahaan Patterson on the show..... thats crazy

  • no your not mistake that was Fergie and Rahaan Patterson on Kids Inc..they were part of the orginal group of kids when the show started in 1984.

  • wow does this take me back!

  • Hey! I remember this show!!! :)

    Marta Marrero was my favorite!

  • This season was before I was even born, but check out that announcer. I really believe it is the coolest new rock n' roll show for kids!!

  • I think I remember seeing this show on earlier Disney Channel WAY before the Disney Channel WE know today.

  • what did the disney channel used to be like?

  • Well, let's just say that the whole of Mickey's head was shown in a square. Also, during that time, they also had "Good Morning Mickey", "Donald Duck Presents", "Pound Puppies", and even the original "Care Bears". Does uh... does that help?

  • i wish i was stacy for this shes so cute and shes the youngest

  • back in the day.... disney was a pay channel just like hbo and show time! and you had to get that special box for cable that had the red numbers, and paid extra for the remote control, and if you were lucky... and you had a VCR... you could record the shows so you could watch them again later!

  • disny went away from us they took it away and we loved to watch kids inc the reruns in the 1991 epiodes and up from there

  • Wow, haven't seen this version of the opening! Thanks for posting this!

  • I vaguely remember this show, my friend shane had the record that we listened to though.

  • Why did people cut out the lyrics "In the city,on the street, there's a beat you Can't deny"? I hope someone puts the whole KIds Incorporated "The Beginning episode on here,in the near future.

  • Kids Inc from 1984 to 1988, was the best years...out of the orginal cast in 1984 Stacy (Fergie)...was on it the longest having been on untill the 1989 season..I didn't see the 89, 91 93 season....I understand after the 89 season it went on hiatus for 2 yrs returning in 91, then another hiatus for before coming back for the 93 season which was the last season...go to "Kids Incorporated - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia" gives whole history.

  • LOL the very begining music when it shows the Kids ink sign sounded really B rated

  • yeah I remember this show and watching it...brings back memories, was in my Teen years in the 80's grew up during that time. all my Jr high(what it was called back then), and high school yrs ..so enjoyed this show was fun back then....been seening a lot of old memories on Dvd coming out lately and this was one of the memories..

  • FUCK YES! YOU ARE THE GREATEST SHOW EVER.

I'm surprised how many seasons there were. I only remember the ones with Jennifer Love Hewitt :|

  • omg ZOOM? as in Zoomazoomazoom? You call that CREATIVE? Zoom sucks and the theme song sucks much more. At least KI had actual lyrics

  • FERGIE WAS ADORABLE!!!little piggy tails!

  • OMG! Didn't think they could be any cheesier! Still, I have to admit that I loved this show.

  • It was the 80's lol, what do you expect. But hell yeah I was a fan when I was a kid.

  • I agree but there are different levels of "cheese" in the 80s and this one was beyond my wildest beliefs!!! Ha!!

  • O YA GO FLIPPING FERGIE!! I LOVE HER!! uhuhuhuhu ya

  • i used to own a copy of the pilot on vhs... i used to watch that tape over and over. never did catch the actual show. too bad i cant find that tape anymore. this brings back childhood memories... thanks for the clip

  • most of these people i think i've seen before:/

  • I remember watching this when it was aired as a filler. This was before the weekly show ever premiered. I don't think the TV station was supposed to have aired it but they did. I thought it was a one shot deal since there wasn't another episode the next week, and didn't think about it again till the series premiered in 84.

  • That 80s electronic music accompanying the opening logo is cool, wish there was a bit more of it. Interesting clip all around.

  • I Love This Show When I Was A Kid Cause I Love Singing The Theme Song To This Show.

  • My dad's the one in the hat and the sunglasses on the fence. He was one of the main characters on the pilot. He knew Fergie too. :)

  • LIAR!

  • Umm. That is seriously my dad. His name is Daniel Howes. He was only on the pilot and then they moved the show to California and he couldn't go with them. So he knew Fergie when she was 8. He used to give her piggy back rides. He hasn't talked to her since. He was 14 at the time.

  • oh sorry....oh and maybe shes like the famous people that dont talk to people that are not famous because they dont want to be seen with un famous people...im confused too :P

  • They just haven't spoken since she was 8 years old. They lost touch so long ago. She would remember him I'm sure but they are a lot older now.

  • Hi to your dad. This is Christopher Robin Miller. I was the drummer/mean character on the show.

  • Hey. This is the same girl (BexGuitar). My dad totally remembers you; he says Hi :) Whats been up with you? My dad has four kids now and we live in Florida :)

  • Stacy looks like Cindy Brady in this clip. haha

  • CHECK OUT FERGIE

  • martika went by marta here and i know mario lopez's dad, i live near him

  • Please SOMEONE upload the opening credits which credit Jennifer Love Hewitt!

  • I loved this show. Martika had a hit with "Toy Soldiers". I forgot Mario Lopez was on the show.

  • mario lopez aka slater was the drummer/dancer on this show

  • This was before Jennifer Love Hewitt joins the show. Jennifer Love Hewitt does not appeared in the opening credits until 1986 or 1987.

  • actually she was on the 89 and 91 seasons. there was no 1990 season for some reason

  • HAHA, this is back when Fergie was a blonde white girl
