This is Cheng Style BaGua and should come from SunZhiJun (BeiJing)'s teaching. All the routine is the same as my learning, especially the HuiShenZhang that's special to others' routine but SunZhiJun's teaching.
I practice Cheng style bagua. Never heard of Cheng style wushu (?). It is very circular and everything is done on the circle....this video is of one of the linear bagua styles. Nice :-)
I hate to start an arguement but BaguaZhang is defined by circling motion, that is the basis of the style.
Pay attention to the preformer's arms,
See the circle there? How about his feet?
If you look very closely you may notice that his form is very similar to your own(or some you may find elsewhere on Youtube)What I personally notice is that his moves are very tight and almost overly fast. At a glance it does look almost linear.
infact,its Bagua double Pens ~www

It's called PanGuanBi, not BaGuaZhang. PanguanBi is an AnQi of Chen Style BaGuaZhang.

The guy looks like Shao Zhong Ming from BeiJing who got the champion of the first class Quanshu in the 1986's China national WuShu championship.

But I don't think that was intentional.
