ive never seen an engine with what looks like a vector on it...is it effective at night and during the day?

@nov2529 , yeah. This dept and our's use the vector/vision lightbar. The video doesn't do the lightbar justice. It's not very effective up close due to the height.. But when coming down the highway it is decent day or night!
