so if you are still you reload fast, if you walk, its a little slower, if you run, its alot slower, and i dont think you can reload and sprint

Cool, i really hope you'll be able to grab and stow ur Rocket launcher whilst on the move, i sometimes get shot by armour because of the slow animation of grabbing the RPG.

YEP the sounds are horrible thats why we use a sound pack ;) now the sounds are just amazing ,some other things are crap aswell but not our community thats ace and we make good stuff for Arma so your arma doesnt have to be shite its wat you make out of it ....... Its a damn shame the developers released it in that state but ArmA today is very nice Try it and check the GDT addons and the HIFIFX sound pack

I can understand the negative reactions about arma 1 it was crap but we played OFP for many years and we moved to Arma aswell and the latest patch did do a good job if you combine this with some great client addons you might be suprised about ArmA , remember OFp when it came out , i do and it had also tons of problems before it was playable.

ArmA is very good at this moment only you need a good pc do enjoy it .

For OFP2 i can mention a lot of negative comment already FIRST SEE THEN BELIEVE

controls in this game are way to messy, theres too many keys for alot of different things, i downloaded the demo of arma and found just proning on the ground, crouching back up then standing to be 'fiddly' and complicated (because that's so hard in real life). They need to totally simplify this as it takes so much away form actually being able to focus on the task and enjoy the game rather than worrying about the thousand different keys this game uses.

I never had a problem with it. It's one button for stand, one for crouch, one for prone. You might save a button if you had a 'stance up' and 'stance down' button, but it wouldn't mean much. I think ArmA is more realistic than most games - such as Call of Duty 4 where you can leap into the air and go prone mid-air, land on your stomach and make a headshot on the way down.

The pirated OFP videos show way better graphics and more emphasis on realistic gameplay than this appears to even come close to... This will still be a way better tactical shooter than the ones we currently have (GRAW 2, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, America's Army, etc), but will probably still not come close to operation flashpoint...
