Let me explain. This is Taiwanese usage. Many Taiwanese speakers over 60 are Japanese speakers too, so a lot of Japanese has entered the language even if changes in meaning has occurred. You can use "kimoji warui" in Taiwanese.
Sorry that I replied from another account on youtube. My point here is the translation of 真煩人 and "kimoji warui" (kimoCHI warui?) isn't correct from the perspective of Standard Japanese. Since you NOW said it's Taiwanese it's ok then. However, it must be restricted to talking about people only. In Japanese it has a broader meaning.
When I went to Taiwan I hear some old people saying "anata wa yoi ka", which sound more like a translation of 你好吗。
Wow, I have to say, this is the first time I've come across somebody who's been confused by the term "half Asian". I normally use Eurasian, but in any case, not quite sure how this doesn't make sense to you?
I was referring to my race (or mixing of), therefore I used the term "half Asian". I wasn't thinking in terms of nationalities.
I agree with Mike, half Asian doesn't make sense... it's like saying "I'm half-caucasian" instead of "Half american" or "half Spanish" etc... I suppose it does come down to how specific you wanna be. But in my opinion, it's always better to specify nationalities because just as an English person wouldn't want to be confused with any other European nationality, a Chinese person, for example, would not want to be confused with a Japanese person. So by saying Asian, you're kind of ok-ing the mix.

As for 真煩人, I think it would sound better in Japanese as 「嫌な人」.kimochi warui (not kimoJI warui) refers to feel sick in general.

"kirai" itself just means "I dislike" something but doesn't refer specifically to an "annoying person" like in 真煩人.

I don't think "half Asian" makes a whole lot of sense. Why don't you just say half Taiwanese?
