I think RuiverKenny is wrong... A spoiler adds zero horse power. It has nothing to do with the engine. It will produce more downforce though on the rear tires in turn for an increased drag coefficient... They usually do not even have any effect until about 120km/h+, best around top speed (240 with KLZE engine)
BTW though, nice car... Eventually I will be driving an MX3 with a swapped KLZE Japanese engine... 200hp stock, oh yeah...
the car was my first "project". Before I had a Honda CRX ED9, the little go-kart with to much HP for its weight hahaha! The MX3 i prefered more because a 6V engine drives a lot smoother and the chassis is a lot safer then the CRX. I bought the original car for 1200 euros. Here in holland it has almost no use to tune the engine because of speedlimits and police everywhere. So you simply choose a bodykit. Eventuelly I solled the car for 2800 euros. it was worth it =D

I was reffering to the car as a whole. If you think about it, a wing on a FWD car is not a bad idea if you're tracking it, it keeps the rear end stable in corners. But this car just screams RICE! and the reverse-to-forward burtnout...sign of a week engine. I'm not bashing Mazda BTW, as I am the proud owner of an MX-6.
On street driven cars I don't think they will ever travel fast enough for the wing to aid in ANY traction. Not many street cars can do or should be doing the speed nessessary and you'd need one steep pitch to get the downforce. In that case you loose top speed and MPG. In any case, RETARDED on a street driven car, especially a FWD who puts no power to the rear wheels.

Not all Integras are riced out like the mx-3 all the mx-3's I've seen are riced out and fucking ugly, the mx-3 might be competition for the Integra ls/gs/rs but not the gsr or type-r STOCK so blow it out your ass rice boy!

Agreed. Stock vs. stock, the higher compression engines found in the GSR and Type-R Integras are faster than the K8 in the MX-3 GS.
Don't assume I'm rice though. KL turbo shall be fast. I'm for performance before show.
