You should use the aussie heat and shine spray its better than the tresemme and it smells awesome too! Its cheaper and it has 8.5 fluid ounces. Buy it walmart

@converselover36 i would put it in before you blow dry it and then before you straighten or use any other heat on your hair so use it each time you use heat
