What's illegal are the chicks in the backseat without seat belts, at least in my state. They may think twice if they seen the road pizza that gets scraped up after a major car crash. I've seen a girl die who went through the windshield of a car after smashing into the driver and front passenger because she was in the back seat without a seat belt when they clipped another car at about 80 mph. And the way the driver keeps looking at the camera instead of the road, it could have happened again.
