How to load ROM's or Themes onto HTC EVO 4G

Pretty crap tutorial, tried everything and it didn't work. He should explain he's using clockwork not revolutionary CWM like the rest of the people who just rooted their phone. Maybe post a link to everything he did and what stuff he downloaded to his phone. Specifics needed, so unrooted my evo cause im tired of listening to people trying to explain stuff when they cant.

I followed your instructions to the tee... everything did as you said. but when I I did the reboot, It now won't go past the splash screen and just repeats over and over any suggestion to fix this???

Very helpful but can u add boot animation changer even after theme change and what about theme after that theme. Would I just add theme over that theme and just set for recovery.

I have a rooted EVO 4g with Unrevoked3 and running ClockworkMod Recovery v2.6.0.1 I don't have a "nandroid" option, but do have "backup and restore" is this the same thing just a different name?

Thx 4 the video. After I flash the ROM, can I use something like Titanium backup to restore my apps? What about my contacts, etc. I noticed you reset all the data on your phone.

if you don't know how to put a zip onto an sd card, I don't think you should be doing anything root related.

@Babycoyote69 i don't use a Mac so I'm not quite sure. I'm assuming that when you connect your phone to the Mac, your notification bar on the phone has a a button asking if you want to mount the car. if so, you should select that and your phone's SD card will appear on screen.

@27kwanchi theme: ManUp Revolution (link in the article in description field). Launcher was ADW. ROM is CyanogenMod 6. Background photo, I can't remember the name but I know its by an artist named j3concepts. Search his deviantart page and it may be there.

@superipodmanvik it's in Clockwordmod > backups. They are organized by date and can be copied from or to the computer for archive purposes.
