Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my BF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.

I travel with my high school choir each year, and theres always a smoothie shop in the airport and just wherever we go and so I get pinapple and blueberry n orange n banana (they always spazz at my orders luls) without anything else In it... good thang my parents pay for all my food lol

yea but you can have cooked plain healthy food, like cooked brown rice with some raw apples. whats wrong with that?
