  • Love your videos sick!!

  • Thank you, very helpful move,I always had trouble with getting out of the bottom after getting choped down.

  • hmm if i was top i wouldn't spin around and get to the other side i would just do a halfon that same side, is that wrong?

  • Finally a white guy dummy

  • can this still work if he has 2 on 1 wrist control?

  • i use this move all the time

  • I like sit out roll better:/

  • "i thought these were electric?"

  • omg lol i accidently read "Hippster heist? oo oo i wanna rob hippsters".

  • how much for classes???? seriously

  • well this is not mma brozac1011 its wrestling

  • damn wrestling is so cool, the explosivness and athleticism man i wish our schools would have wrestling when i grew up

  • this move doesnt always work because the opponent would have wrist control and stuff

  • @SuperRmai He is clearing both his wrist. He does not mention it because that's too basic. This looks simple, but this is not a simple move, there are lots of pressures and tells you need to learn. As always, you also take what they give you, from that sit out pos you have stands, granby's, switch, and sit's. There are lvl's in wrestling, learning to feel when top man is vulnerable to just 2 of the above moves is good for HS. Learn tricks that fool them into trying what you know you can beat.

  • im the most recent comment, good stuff good stuffings

  • I have plenty power in my hip heist but I'm worried about banging my head in my opponents head, because it's happened and it's a bit embarracing when your just rolling around, so I'm overly careful when I do it now and can't really explode as I'd want to, so it doesn't always work well. Any tips that would help me to not crack someone's nose? I see this shows spinning towards you opponents head - is this nessesery or is it random?

  • @shmuckling don't worry about it... it's rare and a part of wrestling

  • @ChickityChoice Thanks! I'm a little wierd about hurting my training partners, though, so I will have to come up with something to make me feel more " in control" or I'll always be chicken about blasting it at a good power..... I know, I'm wierd.....:)

  • @shmuckling The best thing for you to do is get your coach to do some extra drills with you after practice. Any good coach will put in extra hours to help you. Once you've drilled it and drilled it and you have it to as near perfect as possible, then you can worry about going full speed. If it really bothers you, slowly build up the speed at which you drill until you have the level of practice to allow you to go full speed and full force. Hope this helps!

  • @shmuckling watch Gary's head - you will see by starting head to head he is using his head to keep the guy in place - in fact the last example you will see him replace his head with his hand. The natural response to having someone pull a HH on you is to come forward - you have not finished your HH unless you stop that.

  • This could be used in mma

  • @brozac1011 in MMA turning your back leads to nasty stuff like chokes - but someone as clean as Kolate could pull it off - LOL you are not that clean

  • @AMilitantAgnostic no where does it say mma bro.

  • @cavil0510 If you keep looking at my comment you will see where you went wrong... I'm sure everyone else understood.

  • hi i am sam from iran i really wish had like this coach in iran

  • tnx man

  • Hey bro have you ever done a grappling tourny like naga cause I think you would kill those guys how is your sub game bro??

  • @iwanttofight69 there a quit a few wrestlers who do naga, and guess what they place in both naga and wrestling states.
