Yes they do. We just remember the arsehole ones to reinforce our own prejudices. I was in Holland recently and had a heap of German children intrigued by my so who has Autism and Down Syndrome. I explained my son's condition as well as I could in my poor German. The kids were asking what the problem was with his legs (hypotonia) and with his appearance. My children made friends with and played with different nationalities Netherlands/German no problem: Alles Klar:-))
