Hold your Horses!!! my dear friend...Albanians in Ulqin, sell and buy new houses and land for years that's not a crime...Albanians. in Kraja did not even sell they simply left Kraja, which is today a sad place to live with no population at all...My friend Qazim is from Kosova, he brought this land many years ago from a Serb so it is time to Sell,simple as that...i thought it wuld be a good idea to put this in you tube so people like to get interested and buy the place but no you want to kill.

My dear friend, past 3 years ulqinaks selling their land is far more frequent than buying. when i say willing to sell, i mean to non albs. why do they sell to russians when they know the outcome will be ulqin being slavicized, because they dont give a shit! theyre looking to fill their pockets and let the rest handle the infestation of russians.

kraja is a dif story, theres nothing there, albs have modernized themselves so theyre moving into cities. the way of the mountain is of the past and thats why theres no one to sell that land to.

Kraja, is an most amazing place to visit and live not move out of there...I have been to Besi and Muriq the "Lake of Shkodra" my dear God!!! that a sight to see...but you my dear friend u should not put old Kraja with nothing to look at to todays reality...God bless...Albanians in Ulqin, will sell even they mother for good price only if some one would put the interest in(hahaha)
