  • I've been watching it on youtube posted by RiVideoGratis3.

  • Great videos! Are you familiar with the Italian soap opera, Elisa di Rivombrosa? It's a mix of the 3 musketeers, P&P, and romeo and juliet set in the 1700's. The lead actors have an off screen relationship too.

  • No, I haven't heard of that. I wonder if we have access to it in the US. Thanks for the heads up.

  • There are definitely some period dramas on here i haven't seen yet! At first i thought you forgot about Matthew MacFadyen, but you saved the best for last..lol and I love Richard Armitage because of North and South... I need to see some others now though! Thanx for posting!

    Anyway, nice job ;)

  • @BeccySpeedie yes, he does I thought so when I watched the mowie for the first time and I still think so now.

Must have taken ages to put all that footage together so well done! And it was nice to see what each thing was as well. I might go looking for some of those not so famous titles :) Gonna go looking for some more of your stuff as well now! hehe

    Thanks! :D x

  • Thank you for your comments. I hope you enjoy my other efforts.

Gorgeous editing and so many gorgeous period drama men !

  • Saved the best for last! I love David Tennant and Lee Pace for that matter and lot of others in the video actually...but you get the idea ;) Great video

  • I loved David's salute at the end, it cracked me up so I added it there instead of earlier in the video. I am embarrassed to say that I just discovered Lee Pace - wow - have I missed out. Thanks for the comment.

  • Check out Pushing Daisies for soem more of the Gorgeous Lee Pace. It's a fab show as well ;)

  • yes we will all miss Heath very much!

it's great to see just how versatile these actors are!

i love your videos!! keep them coming! :)

  • Thanks very much. I'm working on several right now and they should be released one at a time over the next month. It's comments like yours that keep me making them. thank you

  • Thank you for this vid and the one to come (I'll be waiting haha) . If you like Lee you'll love Pushing Daisies, and another movie for your collection could be "Miss Pettigrew lives for a Day" (but I don't know if it's a "period drama")

PS: I just discover Toby and I wonder the same haha

  • Wow! These men are yummy! You have me searching for them now! Great video!

  • Wow this is really good.

I can only imagine how time consuming creating this was.

I didn't realise there were so many, must be some collection that's for sure. Definitely like how you started and finished with Richard Armitage :)

  • Thank you for commenting. I probably have between 160-200 hours in this one. But it's a work of love. LOL!! Who couldn't want to stare at these faces for all that time.

  • You're too welcome. LOL

  • Well done! Held me the whole 10 mins. You put so much work into this. Thank you for sharing with us.

  • Thank you. Yes, this one took about 120 hours j- but it's a labor of love. Who wouldn't want to keep looking at these faces. Thanks for your comment.

  • nice... Richard Armitage, colin firth, eric bana and rupret penry jones does it for me. I think I've watched Troy a handful of times just for the Eric Bana scenes. Love.

  • Can't go wrong with any of that candy.

  • I have always loved this song.

  • A great piece of work!

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • Thanks Alfa - I have several ideas on the drawing board, not sure if that risque one (LOL) will be next or not. I need to find a couple more clips to finish that one off. Thanks for your comments.

  • Whew! Is it hot enough? Your videos are always a drooly delight. You must have quite the film collection at home. I really like that you credit the films; I've been using your videos as a list to work thru my local library's DVD collection.

  • Thank you. What a nice compliment. Yes, I have a rather extensive collection - but I am a senior now and have been collecting for 30 years.

  • Good call putting RA first AND (almost) last...;-) I see you incorporated the swashbuchling scenes...nice! You really loaded the video with a LOT of photos/scenes. I'll have to watch over and over to take it all in! Thanks, Genie!

  • Darcy, ... thank you. Glad you liked it. I thought David Tenant with that little goodbye salute and runaway was not a bad last clip. Like hearing your liked the swordplay ... a little something different. Catch you on the forums and thanks.

  • JUST EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you so much for sharing!

  • Appreciate your views. Thank you.

  • Yay! *claps* I can't believe you managed to pack so much into it! so good!

  • Thanks PW. I appreciate you coming to take a look.

  • Wow, that was just fantastic. I really have no words. Well done!

  • Well... the words you did have are appreciated. Thanks. More coming soon.

  • I love how it both started with RA and ended with RA. There's a few in there that I haven't seen and will definitely look for now. Thanks!

  • RA makes my sun rise. Thanks for your thoughts.

  • This was great - I noticed a few movies I haven't seen - thanx:)

  • Excellent video!!! Loved the choices especially RA at the end. You have reminded me of some of my favorite movies and a few I now need to see. 5*

  • Loved this! Too many sexy men to count. Love Richard Armitage, David Tennant, James McAvoy, Eric Bana, Ioan Gruffudd, that scene with Rupert Penry Jones riding that horse was just sexy (LOL) and love how you used that Guy Pearce sword fight. Amazing job!

  • About time you posted a vid, I love your videos.

  • Good vid, would like to have seen more Christian Bale and David Tennant & James McAvoy from Bright Young Things, and Jonas Armstrong from Robin Hood. Ok, I'm being too picky, liked most of the choices though

  • *hyperventilates* just finished second viewing... the list of my favourite characters is too long to post- particularly love the ending [more Richard Armitage]. Methinks any actor who is in Spooks AND period drama [a la Rupert Penry- Jones, Matthew MacFayden, Richard Armitage] is destined for success!

  • Richard Armitage in North and South, always gonna be my number one, he was just so perfect in that! Thank you so much for this, it's great to see them all =D

  • FINALLY!!! I've been anticipating this for weeks! I'm so glad you put it up, it's GREAT! Thanks :)

  • I'm glad you liked it. I've got more coming.

  • Me, too! The waiting for weeks, and I love it! *gets a fan and starts fanning self*

  • lol if I had a fan, I would be fanning myself too :) Who's your favorite?

  • Aww, I have to pick only 1? Oh, this is too hard...pretty much the entire last 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, lol. With Jack Davenport and James D'Arcy thrown in. Oh, and James Marsden, and... ;)

  • lol yeah, it is really hard to pick one, but I would have to say Richard Armitage...

  • Good pick, very good pick. He's probably the best looking one of the bunch, no matter how much I love some of the others, lol.

  • lol I know! In Robin Hood, I practically swoon everytime I see him! lol And Robin is gorgeous too :)

  • Oh, yeah. Even though the end of series 2 was... ummm, vexing (there's a good word for it), was worth watching for those two, lol.

  • Exactly! And I CANNOT BELIEVE they killed off Marian! She was the third star!! They are stupid!

  • I know that was the stupidest thing ever. So glad the writers got sacked and I heard series 3 started off good so far. I have to wait and see the DVD.

  • really? I didn't know the writers were fired! I don't know how they would bring her back though...although he hadn't buried her YET :)

  • Apparently that was part of the reason for the bit of a delay getting series 3 off and running. I know of a few people who were writing letters to the BBC and complaining and they were encouraging others to do the same. There were a few nasty letters from what I heard, lol. As for bringing her back, true, true. :)

  • Ahaha! I wonder what they said? Some people really are obsessive. I hate it that they killed her off, but they act like it was their girlfriend! And I heard that Robin's new girl would be Guy's sister, do you know if thats true? If it is, what a slap in the face to Guy!!

  • Yeah, the fans get pretty riled up sometimes. There are 2 new females, one is Guy's sister and the leading rumour candidate for Robin's new girl. The other is a new gang member and the rumours I heard were a love interest for Alan. Not sure if either of those are true, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

  • As of right now, the new gang member Kate has her sights set on Robin (according to the BBC character page).

  • Oh, ok. Well, she better be pretty! Robin deserves a gorgeous girl.

  • She's not super pretty, but she is pretty. I haven't seen any pictures of Guy's sister yet. Hmmm, does she even exist yet, or will she show up with Prince John.

  • Idk...But Robin is so cute, He NEEDS a beautiful woman.

  • Yeah, I agree. They do look kinda good together though. This will get interesting, and now I am gonna go nuts waiting for the DVD, don't get BBCA or BBCC.

  • lol Me too! I probably won't be able to watch it though, unless someone posts it on you tube.

  • @PeriodDramaAddict15: I totally agree!! RA is the best!

  • @Angie511 I know! So delicious...*licks her lips* LOL

  • As normal fab love your work, some of my favorite drama/movies

    thanks

  • Thanks a lot for your support.

  • WOW! The music and the clips blend so well.✁Nice job of editing. ✂ So many gorgeous men so little time.

    ❧Ooh! so very very nice!❧

    ☆☆☆☆☆

  • Appreciate your comments. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • Wow, what a sight!! Brilliant job!!! And you saved my two favorite men for last, Richard Armitage and David Tennant, I actually squee-ed over Guy and Casanova! 5 stars, favorite, shared!!!
