i had the same glitch on ps3 instead it was a guy in mid-air!! so both consoles have glitches guys :P

it's the game not the console

it's because of the physics engine I think amongst other things coz this is new technology so it hasn't been perfected yet

every one loves glitches, thats the one unique thing about the 360 it has glitches unlike the PS3 which is Glitch and trick free, imagine halo 3 on PS3 and not on 360 what would have happened to Halo 3 Tricks?
