It seems to hiccup, though, doesn't it? I had the same problem when trying to run it in my 1000H. I can't fathom why this game has problems with eee's.

I'm going to give a try to Shogun today, to see if I get lucky and it doesnt hiccup

Ask yourself these questions:

#1: Are you an adrenaline junky? If so just get screwed because neither RTW or MTW will give you your fix very well.

#2: Are you a hardcore gamer?

#3: Do you have the mental capacity to play it decently?

go to multiplayer if u want to learn real strategy...playing campaign good for kids or ppl without imagination...AI will always let u win sooner or later no matter how crap player u are... and start flanking enemy btw...

i used to autocalculate most of my battles, then once, my 100 men in a fortified village got besieged by 300+ picts, 20 beserkers, about 2 units of peasants(not their full numbers), xbowman, by PURE LUCK, i manage to kill 80% of them, with their general dead WOOHOO!! the best defence-game, not to mention like the 1st siege defence i ever had ;)
