  • Very Good, Good Job bro

  • Thx for Info

  • 1080p + Fullscreen <3

...well now im blind, but it was worth it

  • It's crazy to think the sun could go haywire and have a massive storm that would kill earth.. it's scary

  • Put a blanket over your head in bed and shine a torch through your nut sack, looks the same

  • Planets and stars are actually big versions of cells. That's how the universe works. Most things in space are round/spherical because it represents that space has no edge.

  • nice

  • yet they say this is from a big bang~ huh?

  • sad to hear u threw out ur Bible, i bet hell won't be as quite as hot as the sun, hope u change ur mind...

  • @g82bsaved

Rocks can melt in hell. That means Sun is much, much hotter then Hell

  • what the fuck is that clickig noise in background? Dont tell me you were wanking over this?

  • that is awsome

  • Why so much God here guys comeone its the sun! its real! You can see it here and every day outside when you look up in the sky God is F&G compearing to this

  • so God made the sun too??,.,.,.

  • We're at war. No one wants to admit it, but we're under attack.

  • great solar flare producing CME

    nice vid :)

  • That is awesome!!

  • The sun farted

  • I don't like the Sun.

  • This is what i call HOT PICS.

  • SpaceRip was right, it was breathtaking.

  • That's amazing!

  • The massive gravity and electromagnetism pulling the plasma back into itself. Amazing.

  • I saw this and feared that my eyes would go blind.

so i closed my eyes and watched it somehow.

  • it looks like the sun had an orgasm xD lmao jk

  • this is not the sun. This is friezza destroying plannet namek...

  • @supermma100

    nutjob !

  • Comment removed

  • That's the spot where the sun swallowed Parallax...

  • thats where Satan lives

  • Thanks yet again for showing us our real place in the Universe (one of those blobs of plasma falling on the Sun would swallow the earth whole).

PS: I am waiting to see the moron who turns that into a sexual reference...

  • @javamanV3 you just did

  • @MetaSonic543 lol - saw that one also ...

  • looks like a giant margarita pizza

  • I'm still breathing btw ,i was on the Sun yesterday, it's not so hot there

  • the sun farts too, thats awesome, but how fukin fast was that????????

  • Son of a...

  • are the images realtime??

  • @RapLibrary I think so.

  • In be for Obama cuts funding to this. So we can have more money for the third world trash to milk the system in the name of justice!

  • good ol 240 :)

  • I have sow the comet on July 19,2011 at 10.30 am. In Thailand. it very big and radian

  • Yes, but this is TIMELAPSED.

  • Name of the music please!

    I realy like it.

  • i always wanted to know whats the timescale of this vid, its obvious not real time, few hours per frame or something?

  • was that fart thing a solar flare and im guessing it wasnt aimed towards earth

  • @bigpoppaike6 : It was a fart with the power of ten trillion harry ramps and probably smelt eggier than saturn

  • Barbecue? Anyone?

  • 7 july! That is my birthday! Awesome video by the way. Thanks for posting!

  • The Sun is so flatulent, it should switch names with Uranus.

  • Can someone give some dialogue to this footage, explaining the cause behind CME's and the scale of the thing?

  • @JaySmith91 A CME reaches I think beyond the orbit of Mercury when it's a very powerful one. It's caused by magnetic rearragnement, which occurs when you get two magnetic field lines of opposite polarity, and bring them together. Eventually it will "snap", releasing the stored energy, and matter.

  • @JaySmith91 Yeah, and also over what period of time.

  • poor sun farted :(

  • никогда не думал, что протуберанцы ТАК красиво.

  • If only we can harness that energy somehow ...

  • 1 word = WOW!

  • The wonders of life. Wow!

  • awesome

  • I LOVE SPACERIP!! these videos are awesome!!

  • amazing! : D

  • energy is life surround us! if there is no source heat and energy! life around us will not evolve so ghost spirit is energy.

  • Wow...

  • FUCK

  • is this realtime?

  • After seeing this clip, I threw away the Bible.

  • @shoa31 lol wise decision

  • @shoa31

    hahaha

    that's funny.

  • @shoa31 and God will throw u soon into the sun :P

  • @cr4shish I laugh at the very idea of a Hell, you fool, as well as sheeple like you who keep believing in it. Unlike you I'm capable of thinking logically, and if you would do so yourself you'd realize a loving god keeping an eternal torture chamber around for his jollies is self-contradictory and just sick. I'm a pretty vengeful fellow and even I don't have anyone who I think deserves infinite torture. Why does God need one? Shouldn't he be better than me? And why am I feeding a troll?

  • New images? This is more of a video.

  • @mypokemonisawesome

A video is a series of images put together

  • Imagine if that hit earth *shivers*

  • @SophiaVIP and it will in 5 billions years

  • @trtnec damn it :I well good that im not alive then

  • I would love to hear what those explosions sound like

  • @xSamura7 there's no sound in space, cause its vacuum. and you'd die before you heard it, from radiation and such :) sound doesnt travel very fast.

  • @piranha031091 You're way off with your estimate of 10 million years. Try 3-4 billion! Our star is relatively average and will burn for a very long time. Some of the slower burning stars have an estimated burn time of many times that of our Sun. You are however right about one thing. It will eventually expand, engulfing all of the inner rocky planets before finally exploding. Something to look forward to!!!

  • @UserNamei5 The sun is not a red dwarf! It is a main sequence population I star, that will gradually grow and become a red giant in about ten million years, and will then throw off its outer layers, forming a planetary nebula with a white dwarf in its center.

But the sun is not gonna blow up now, these CMEs are simply like vapor bubbles reaching the surface of a saucepan of boiling water and bursting.

  • @UserNamei5 I thought it was yellow dwarf

  • Awsome images. Every time I see something like this I think about how vulnerable and fragile planet earth is.

  • Merely an ember in the universe...

  • Ponies

Yep, the pony abomination is spreading throughout the internet.

  • stunning

  • So, Spacerip, it's the 10th so far. Where is that 20 minute dark matter/energy video you promised us):?

  • what if the sun was gonna blow up.

  • @nosorryz13 Then it's bye bye our galaxy :D. It's like a ticking time bomb, only matter of time when it unleashes ultimate destruction = barbequed mankind.

  • Perfect!

  • Can we cut the religion vs. science arguments? Let those religious people be. You won't change their ignorant perspective on life with a few sentences. They are too ignorant to listen, let alone understand.

  • Next video: Breathtaking New Images of Uranus

  • @grip07PM Next video: Breathtaking New Images of My Anus

  • @grip07PM What? You said "Breathtaking New Images of UR - Anus. So it is MY anus, is it? Anyways my anus IS the Apocalypse of reality itself when it is opened in the size of my mouth.

  • @grip07PM lol :3

  • @grip07PM ahaha

  • @grip07PM LOLLLLLL

  • Oh my god

  • I still can't belive that's only 30 degrees here in holland and the sun is only a few million kilometres from us, and the sun is frgin 3 MILLION degrees :O

  • @donator6 150 million Km (or one AU - astronomical unit) but still, thats next door in comparison to the interstellar distances between us and other stars :|

  • @Immortalcheese indeed.... :| zomg

  • Soo...What does the Sun eat to give it so much gas?

  • AY LETS TALK BOUT RELIGION ON A VID BOUT THE SUN YES!

  • Need oxygennnnn....

  • The energy in that burst would probably be enough to provide all the energy humans would ever need for the next 500 years or so.

  • This is sped up by at least 10 times.

  • its all bullshit.

  • @AAYMF Solar flares eject matter into the interplanetary medium at 400-600 km/s. That is, to say the least, really fucking fast. Depending on the size of the flare it can take anywhere from a few hours to days to develop and break the magnetic field line which results in the flare. Searching youtube for something like "NASA SOHO solar flare" will yield videos which are from NASA and therefore still have the date and time stamped on them. There you can see yourself of how long this takes.

  • how fast is it in real time?

  • over what period of time does this take place? this cant be real-time photography.

  • @adversaryable its now they just turned the color red like they did when they made it look green

  • wat? i just looked at the sun...it doesn't look like taht

  • thats dormammu 's super hahah i somen the power run run!!!

  • Spacerip.... you constantly outdo yourselves.

  • "i have walked on the surface of the sun" xD

  • The music is creepy

  • SUN, U ROX. JUST SO YOU KNOW SOMEONE CARES ABOUT YOU! <3

  • we're gonna die!

    ...err, it's still scary.

  • On a mere human scale that is a frightening amount of energy.

  • can someone explain to me how the sun is on fire when there is no oxygen in space?

  • @MrDestructionFUN

    Physics is a lie.

  • @MrDestructionFUN: It is not on fire in any common meaning of that term. Inside the sun the equivalent of huge hydrogen bombs are going off continuously. The energy released by these bombs serves to heat the gas around the core; this heat eventually works its way to the surface of the sun, where it is radiated away into space. It has other effects in causing motion of various layers and setting up magnetic currents.

  • i'm still hooked on pandora's dark mystery ...

  • 0:06 Craft shooting lasers at the sun, bottom right

  • This fireball is magnificent ...

  • looks like my anus right after i ate some chilli

  • Note to self, run when it rains down lava on the sun, oh wait a minute...

  • It is part of the Fire of Hell

  • did the sun just fart?

  • @puncheex

That was some VERY interesting information! :) So glad that I learned something new :D

  • i see religian has sparked yet another debate on here.and theres me thinking but aint god supposed to teach kindness calmness togetherness.so whitch page did i miss. any group believing that there god is the true one.........Is a .recipe for disaster.

  • @123starwarsfan Antares is nothing compared to VY Canis Majoris.

  • @Daeconian

    that's so true:)

  • Now i want Breathtaking New Images of MARS :D

  • will it blend? that is the question

  • 10 vampires didn't like it..

  • i suppose its couple hours. the flares are humongous. sometimes they remain for a while too, until they fling out into space, or fall back to the surface.

  • What time scale is this?

  • cool

  • Great video, crap music

  • Its amazing, my numbers may not be 100% accurate but its estimated that more material is ejected from an event like this than 2 or 3 earths combined....

  • @achangedman5 the suns diameter is about 108 earths.

  • @achangedman5: That sounds kind of high, but it could be.

  • and in those days, the sun will not give her light.....strange signs and wonders in the heavens above.....the bible

  • Damn sun, you scary

  • awesome

  • man, that thing must be so haht!

  • Heh. Sounds like a rendition of the Suspiria soundtrack. Awesome clarity, btw.

  • This. Is. Awesome.

  • Well that was very enlightening. B)

The people who got these must have been very bright. B)

  • @Dynamic0381 Yes, I am Yes, I am Inquisition.

All Americans are afraid of hell Hahahahah

  • @cr4shish I am American and unafraid of hell.

    Try harder, kid.

  • @Daeconian

americans are just a disease! Go half-americans! PURE AMERICANS SUCK YOUR DICKS!

  • @89990000 Well, if I wasn't convinced you were a retard before this, then feel proud!

    You've convinced me.

  • @89990000 theirs no such thing as pure americans lol americans are mixtures of other types born in america so there is no pure americans

  • @kittdaviss12321

    I hate Americans! (fingers)

    ATHEISM SUCKS!

  • @cr4shish Are you fucking stupid what about Americans who are atheists like me are we afraid of hell cause its kinda hard to be afraid of something that you don't think exists.

  • there are 10 people who watched there face in the mirror instead of watching this video.

  • That is a very big ball of plasma you have there.

  • @fuunguus It'd be a sssshame if anything happened to it...

  • What sort of time frame are we looking at here? I mean minutes or hours...longer?

    cheers

    love all you videos!!

  • Breathtaking for real ...but i'm wondering if that's the actual speed these amazing bursts are happening or has it been sped up?

  • @Smirnoff71: They are sped up quite a great deal. Considering the distances involved, the matter would have to be highly relativistic (possibly super-relativistic) to cross those distances in the time depicted.

  • @puncheex okay, thanks. I was wondering about that because, if I'm not mistaken, the sun's rays hit the earth in about 7-8 minutes, making me think that the enormous power behind these explosions would travel with the speed shown in that movie.

  • If space is a vacuum.. how does it burn : /

  • @Taanstafl12 It isn't, not a perfect vacuum anyways. The sun has all the elements to be self sustaining and it stays together by gravity.

  • @Taanstafl12 The sun isn't burning. It's undergoing nuclear fusion which forces hydrogen atoms together to form helium. In the process a tiny portion of the nuclei's masses are converted to pure energy and released, which results in the radiation we see and detect from the sun. Additionally, the heat of the sun is so great that it causes its gas to illuminate.

  • @Taanstafl12 A vacuum is a lack of any matter, the sun has lots of matter so is not a vacuum. Also the energy produced by the sun is not from fire (fuel + heat + oxygen) but from nuclear fusion.

  • @Taanstafl12: Doesn't burn. It fuses, just as hydrogen bombs do. The fusion is going on around the core, deep inside. All you see is the heat from the fusion making its way to the surface and radiating away.

  • But I thought the sun was a big yellow smiley?

  • But Will it Blend?

  • It's amazing. Wow. :)

  • is gravity pulling the ejections back to the surface or magnetism? or both?
