  • can you give tips on what to eat and not what to eat? Esp if you don't have really fruits or vegatables at home.

  • @Jwowwx3 Basically, I suggest staying away from processed foods, foods high in saturated fats, and alcohol. Although fruits and veggies are ideal and I highly suggest them, if you dont have them, maybe you can find a local health food store that juices fresh fruits and veggies. Also, eating lean proteins, complex carbs and omega-3 fats is beneficial. Please never forget about drinking water. :) Be well. Alycia

  • for guys planning on muscle training, to exersize, 1 and 3, skip nr2. but go a bit heavy, i want you to push 'm 8x and when you come to your 8th time, you shud have trouble completing, thats when your at the good weight. eat alot of meat, (chicken) it has lots of creatine in it, good for muscle mass gain, and drink atlot of milk and eat eggs, those are good for the proteine, wich is good for muscle recovery. rest 72h befor your next tricep trainging. do other muscle groups at other days. hfun.

  • I have a problem with clicking elbows, but really need to workout my triceps, can you suggest something? Is it a case of just strenthening the muscle around my elbows? Please help! :o)

  • I liked this, and tried it right away here in my room and as I type my triceps burn after just a handful or reps.

    Alycia looks good, I like that she doesn't seem to wear makeup, she's just going for a healthy, natural look.

  • just to clarify: working the triceps won't actually reduce the fat though - spot reduction doesn't work. so this is just to tone the muscle and fill it out, then?

  • Nerves have to talk to each other hahaha. You wouldn't make a good personal trainer in my case. That would entail too much laughing lol. Yet, impressive knowledge, range of exercises, technique, and of course body! lol. Stay fit!

  • Fabulous one-arm push-up maneuver! For the cable pull-down tricep exercise, can you substitute free weights (i.e., the hammer curl?)
