@sammiid977 You can just render it in Sony Vegas as HD, hence the 720p. So he's not fooling people.

This is a Hauppauge HD PVR or a Black Magic Intensity Pro. This can't be a Dazzle. No one would sell a device like that for only $80. This looks better on screen than it does with an analog setup,so that is proof that this is either HDMI or Composite.
