  • does anyone know what that specific motor is, I really need to know

  • what kind of motor was it

  • Hello, Just to know, what is the normal needed Voltage to get the motor running? Is it 12 V or 110 V ... or what is it? I saw that the engine didn´t run only connecting... to the 12 V battery...

  • I`v did that with a 1/2 Hp motor out of reel to reel computer using a ring magnet out of a speaker in 1981 neat to see someone else doing things I`v tinkered with in the past

The reason the motor runs faster that way is that the magnet field isn`t generating counter voltage to slow it down

  • it must be fun to censure all opposing viewpoints, I think that's why real science has a peer review process, and the experiment has to be reproducible. This it the wizard of oz kind of stuff, where is the wizard? Spreading ignorance is a bad thing, I would get off the weed and take a physics class... with an open mind, don't go in thinking you know everything... learn and listen, it's not hard to understand why friction... caused by earths gravity, makes perpetual motion impossible.truthhurt

  • @rdghayden you can eliminate earths gravity from the equasion by using magnets to lift the construct off from the ground carefully into a stabilized position. No wizard of oz needed.

  • hehe nicee ,last days I opened a few broken vacuum cleaners , and almost all motor had the stator messed up , except one who had the rotor intact and the stators were messed up , i was going to replace the stator coils with large n-60 magnets until my dad managed to f**k it all up ; stupid question : if i did that , (motor was 1500 watts) , would it need 40-50% less electric energy to have the same torque ?

  • I love PM Motors..

  • I thnk I'm starting to understand. as the armature spins it's North/south poles change due to the commutators relationship to the brushes so that whenever the south pole of the armature gets too close to the field magnet (which i guess would be a North pole?) that it might stop it from spinning the armature changes poles to allow it to continually spin.

  • so what role exactly does the magnet play?

  • if this was built on a bigger scale do you think it could power a car? and where did you get this motor from?sorry for all the questions i just find this very interesting this is so awesome... do you know whats the max rpm's?

  • Question: I don't understand why location of the magnet makes a difference on the operation of the motor, I see that it does but like you stated "location in relation to the armature". Maybe I am missing something but since the motor is spinning anyway, isn't it always in the same "location". Maybe i'm confusing myself. thanks for the demo though, it actually helped me understand a bit more.

  • question; what kind of motor is that ? my project is about building a biciclet power by one of this electromagnetic motor using bery small batery plus another batery charger to charge the batery back;

  • fly apart videoooo

  • correct me if im wrong, the magnet is powering the motor and the battery is just giving it a kick start?

  • @bboybenja87 yeah, your wrong

the battery put a current through the copper wire and the contacts at the base of the motor (bit that spins) allows the current to go through and not go through the copper wire, creating a push and pull action. kinda thing

  • @bboybenja87 magnet is creating magnetic field. while motor is powered from battery, charges flowing in wires are pulled by magnetic field. while they cant pull to magnet whole motor, they can move it in circle

  • can you tell me please which motor did you use

  • is that neodynium magnet?

  • well that didn't describe how it works but cool vid nonetheless

  • how did you make this motor cause im doing a project and i need to know plz help!!!

  • fuck dude thats fuckin fast.

  • @ greenlivingitup . com it shows how to build a free energy device with magnets

  • How strong is that magnet/ what kind is it?

  • Can you post a video displaying how each and every component involved in the rotation of the motor works?

  • Comment removed

  • I still don't quite understand how it works :)

  • can u try stoping it?

  • Man, please watch your fingers with those powerfull neodymium magnets!

  • hay this is so cool where and how did you get this stuff how much would this coust a lot of the things you do are prity neat but exspeshaly this one

  • how did u make this?

  • he said

  • manteur !!!!!!! afabulateur !!!!!!!

  • one question. how is it wired?

  • you're right, at 0:42 the wire jumps because of the amps running through it. But the other reason why the wire jumps is because that strong magnet is next to it and the wire induces a field as the current runs through the wire making it jump.

  • dude that magnet is massive! you should be more careful. got forbit the rotor will fly off and you 'll lose a finger or two. By the way how much did the magnet cost? I mean with the shipping and all

  • how does ur axel work cus im building one and im trying to make it as friction less as possible, so how did u do it

  • the axle is sitting in the base on a ball bearing style bearing. It is what the factory installed.

  • try making a magnetic bearing maybe!?

  • Holy Shit that motor works well. Im building one for physics and i saw this thing. Nice job. one question?? What kind of switch did you use

  • That switch is a basic snap action switch wired on the N.O. (normally open) you could use a simple wall switch like one at your house.

  • You can get a rusty piece motor off ebay, or you can go to this Japanese site I got it off of. Not tellin you which site though cuz its none of your business. You stick with a rusty piece cuz thats all your worth.

  • and you are worth what!?? nothing.... helping other is the best way of living stop being such an asshole

  • ohhh man thats so fucking cool

  • Damm your motor is awesome, now make a motor that will run a car, power a house, and a boat.

  • question: can you feel any force with the hand

holding the magnet. my guess would be yes. please respond.

  • This is fake ,,,he remove the magnet from the motor ,,,,,hallo ......and replaced with any other one from outside ,,,the battery of cors is was full,,just dont start becouse the induction magnets missing if you get one ,,,,,,start the motor that'sit

  • To spin rotor is not problem. Most important thing is not explained and that is:Is it free energy or not?

If you draw power from battery than what a heck is interesting here????????????????

  • @poppsy1955 yes but no energy is drawn for the stator's magnetic field , so you get good torque , less energy used

  • @TheKaos90 Ok..nice,i`m on your side but..if someone want to show and proof here something than he should do that with measurements. How much motor drawn power with old rotor-stator setup and how is the same setup with this -neo-rotor setup? Why is so difficult to provide basic measurement?Or maybe visual effect is more important?

  • @poppsy1955 I would hapily give away that kind of info , but i'm a financially limited person in a limited country , as i still have no job , can't do costy experiments by myself , but you can try and ask someone who has acces to the resources that he can use to provide you these informations

  • @poppsy1955 I only provide the useful suggestion.I don't now if you have made this video. It IS useful video!!.

My suggestion is:Take an cheap digital watt meter(10$).All tested device connect (power-in) via that simple device. You will see immediately the difference in power consumption if there is some..!!

  • @poppsy1955

connect the running motor to an alternator and there is ur answer.

  • Can you tell me where this motor came from??

I really appreciate if you can!!

    Thank you.

  • Excuse me but can you show how to make a simpilar one becuase i would be very intrested to use it in my science fair.

  • I dont really get how that works and how to you make the motor part?

  • Hey Dookiegreen3, nice demo showing how a magnetic field from a distance is capable of affecting an energized rotor.Try using a variac on an A.C. motor, small motor of course.[little cooling fan]. It will turn.

  • verying nice work, thx for sharing.

  • Nice explanation!!

Do you ever taught about having a second

set of brushes just past the one you have??

This way you can recapture the colapsing field and charge another battery!!

    Nice job anyway!!

  • Tremendous and nearly self explanatory display, it should be shown in all schools,, nice work. john
