Well s14 is just the chassis model (95-98 in U.S. and 93-98 in japan/overseas). The s15 is the last Silvia/240sx chassis produced which has the newer design (grand am design at the back) and projector lights. The s13's are the coupes and hatchbacks from 89-93 I believe.
@cubiiinboy haha here is aus they are called 200sx because of the sr20 in the states its a 240sx because of the ka20 and in japan were they have sr20 in theres they just call it the silvia, s14 is like model like you would say r34 skyline or sw20 mr2 or jza80 supra or jzx100 chaser lol i can go on and on
