  • Proud to call her Grandma <3 xxx

  • Judy could have easily succumbed to her life in the streets or at the hands of her abusers and no one would have been the wiser. Instead, she has survived to tell her story and find a greater purpose on this earth. God Bless, Judy. You are truly a remarkable member of the human race and an inspiration to all.

  • what an amazing woman im reading her book nowhere to run she is such a strong heroic woman true inspriration ill buy her street kid book, amazing!!!

  • What a lady. I was so touched by her book Street Kid. I dont know how she survived when many would have given up. Inspiring lady amazing in fact.

  • I got a copy of "Street Kid" a few days ago at a bookstore in Japan featuring used books. No sooner had I scanned the first few pages than I decided to read the whole story and found myself in a line for the cash register. I was really amazed to know how Judy's own father had tortured his own daughter. Nobody could have been mistreated by his/her parents like Judy. She is really an amazing woman. And I truly feel sorry for her deaf right ear.

  • I am amazed that Judy survived her childhood, she is an exceptional woman and continues to do great work for all the street kids in South Africa. Not many people would have the stamina or courage do do what Judy has accomplished over the years, a truly amazing woman!

    Scottish Lass in West Texas!

  • a true survivor. people like her make the world a better place. our children should be looking up to more people like judy, instead of the footballer/glamour girl combo. the world would be a better place! her story made me cry, and also gave me a greater appriciation of what i have. keep up the fantastic work!

  • her story was unbelievably sad!! i cried a lot while reading both her books! judy's books should definately become films!! that would show those people who laugh about this kind of stuff how terrible and sick it really is 2 treat people that way!! i couldn't believe how brave she was after being treated like that! most people would've died!! very sad/amazing story!!

  • I think so sad has the story of her life has been, she is a very strong and inspiration woman. I think there should be a movie made about her book. For those people who don't read. She has touch alot of hearts and i think she will alot more if there were a movie made. She is very brave and amazing i am touched by her story.

  • i have read a Street Kid & Streed Kid fights on, and have been touched by the sheer determination by Judy. What an inspiration this women is. This is the best book i have ever read and would recommend it to everyone who feels like theres no way out.

  • This Woman is amazing. The most heroic person I have ever come across. After all she has been through, she stood up to the world, when it was agaisnt her. I have read her book 'Street Kid' and it touched me amazingly. I cried so much as I was reading it. However I could not bring myself to let go of the book. To this day I still hace that book. :]
