the first time i heard this song i fell i love with it and now i sing it to my cousin when we put her down for a nap or for the night and she loves the song so much that she wants tot learn how to sing it so im teaching her. she's our angel.
Actually, there are five deaf people here. I don't know why they click dislike because this one here sounds so beautiful. I always cry when I heard this song. Love you celtic woman, Love the show, and Love every one of you...
I know Chloe is supposed to sounds angelic and pure, and she does, but it sounds like she's a little girl when she's now...21 or 22...something like that.
This is one of my fav songs they sing. So gorgeous, brings tears to my eyes each time I hear it. I cannot wait to sing this and play this for my own children one day.
My dad sang this lullaby to me every night (the Billy Joel version) before he passed. How I really wish I could get back those precious moments with him again.
i sang this for my sister and brother when they were younger i miss my angels! :( i listen to this song to bring back the memories that i dont ever want to lose even though i have lost them! I feel them with me even now when the song ends they linger thank you for making this such a beautiful memory and song! props celtic woman props!
I have been a huge fan of Celtic Woman since the first time I saw them on PBS...just happened to catch the "Songs from the Heart" concert tonight and second the orchestra began to play...i started to cry. My father sang this song to my sister and I when we were children. He passed away in 2004 and every time i hear it, its as though as I can hear him singing...an amazing group of girls!
My Grandma cryed at this concert during this song it reminds her of my grandpa who recently pasted away. I went to another concert last night and my grandma couldn't come because she is in the hospital. When they sung this it brought tears to my eyes because she couldn't come <3
I can only say again and again it creeps is pure feeling! This wonderful voices! finally once again what good things in music. All songs just to dream beautiful * dream *
@originalmaternalone The Billy Joel version is OK, but it seems just a little lackluster when compared to this version. The Celtic Woman version seems to be much smoother and complete; a sweeter "lullaby". Like all the songs I hear for the first time, the first version (Celtic Woman's) will always tend to be my favorite.
My dad used to sing this song to me before I would sleep. I miss his voice. He passed away when I was 12. This song bring back wonderful memories of my dad, and their voices are beautiful. :)
Not to mention us young adults who still have bitter-sweet memories of our childhood. Or, I could imagine, the real seniors who's babies have grown up to be parents of their own.
I recently went to see this show with my sister. We had been on bad terms for a while, yet we share a birthday. This song had us crying in each others arms and it was one of the best feelings being able to have a sister again. I feel like this tour and this song may have brought us together again.

@exploringsurviving That is her style of singing. She can't help if you can still hear a childish innocence. :3

They all sing beautifully. However, I'm puzzled by why she feels compelled to change the melody. It's distracting. :(
