The fall of the Berlin Wall and the USSR marked the beginning of our culture's decline. Though our society continued to climb after these events the forces that led to our decline were already in motion. Aeon Flux was the peak of that culture.

@zigzigerblat just a small critique. It's not called neoconservativism when you are referring to the markets. When you refer to deregulation. That's actually called neo-liberalism. Easy way to remember is that liberals believe in neo-conservative markets and conservatives believe in neo-liberal markets. Liberalization involves maximizing the private sector. Liberals are not typically neo-liberal. It's confusing I know.
I wish there is an aeon flux game...sigh
