Love your videos and I'm very excited for you..but be careful of losing too quickly. 10 lbs is alot per week. Not preaching here..just concerned for your health. I'm trying to lose weight after my baby's birth..so, I know how tough this is... Take care and good luck, sweetie!!! :)

I really need to update at some point! I really hope you make your goals! I didn't have an appetite really when I was taking it. And you're SO much better at controlling your food intake than I am! Haha I love it when you're excited. Oh yea, the phentermine made me REALLY happy and full of energy haha.

Or just the suppresent? I bought something that was supposed to have ephedra in it but I didn't notice any difference. Boooo
