  • Thats a sick ass jeep! How did you run your wiring for your switches?

  • @kiwimilkable well I mounted the switchboard where the compartment for a garage door opener is since I wasn't using it. I ran the wiring on top of the roof console that reads the temperature (I had to temporarily take it apart). Once there I ran the wires along the top of the windshield just behind the edge of the roof liner. Then I ran them along the A post and down just in front of the driver's door making sure to hide them behind the plastic covers. You can't notice anything

  • @kiwimilkable Oh and since I mounted the switchboard where I did I am still able to open the compartment to get at the back of the switches. Makes it very easy to make changes in the future if I need to

  • great job on the video, your jeep is bad ass. how much did it cost for all the extras? tires, lift, lights, pa, switches?

  • @TurtleT23 Oh man I can't even begin to imagine what I have in it haha the big wheels and tires were 1,300 alone plus i've got a set of chrome 20s for the street too worth another grand, got about a grand in the audio system, lift wasn't too bad only about 300, then u add all the little things such as the chrome rocker panels, grill, taillights, new exhaust, all the lights/switches/ect....and it adds up pretty quick. Probably got about 4500 to 5Gs in it plus what I initially paid for it haha

  • how do the crushers sound on the road?

  • @Suicideskater05 Loud!!! hahaha no they aren't too bad drivin around the city you don't really notice it that much, but they definitely get pretty loud when you get out on the highway and take them up to 60 or more. I have a loud exhaust on my Jeep tho so that kinda drowns out the sound a little. I mean they got a deep tread so they definitely have some decent road noise when you take them up pretty fast

  • Props for the color and clean look... It's a sick ride...

  • @EverAfterZach Thanks I appreciate it!

  • whered you get that grill?

  • @GTOXJ to be honest it's been on my Jeep for so long I can't remember exactly where it came from. But try the wesite "myhotcherokee" they have a lot of cool Jeep items and they should have a grill that's very similar or the same as mine

  • damn that is a nice ass jeep man looks great and all love what you did with it i have to ask what does the rocker swiches do man i have a 98 jeep laradeo and i like that the rocker swiches thanks

  • @bigislife hey thanks man I appreciate it, its been fun doin everything to it. And yeah one switch controls the interior floor lights, one turns on the neon light around my license plate, and the third one is not currently hooked up. My plan is to put some off road lights on the roof and wire the third switch to turn them on. Still a work in progress tho haha

  • @Chaucer016 hey man you should so put up a new video i done watch this video i dont no how many times lol but yea roof rack off road lights would look bad ass on it hey i seen you got a cb what kind of antenna did you use thanks if you dont mine but yea thumbs up man. some led under body lights or neon lights would look good to to add to the rest of the neon lights man i plan on puting some blue ones on mine keep it real.

  • @bigislife yeah man I hopin to put up another vid once I get some more stuff for it. I have a lot of ideas but its hard to find time being so busy with work. And yeah I actually just hooked the CB up directly to the car antenna. All you have to do is just plug it into the back of your radio with an adapter and it works. The range wasn't great so I had to use a CB tuner but that helped a lot and it works pretty good. Thx man im glad u like it hopefully Ill be able to keep addin to it

  • thanks for the advice

  • ya i have the same make and model of your jeep... im looking to do some of what you did... the electronics i have under control but with the lift kit im looking to get a 3 inch lift... did you just have to jack it up or do you have to move things around... also how big tires do you think? thank you

  • @mrlaxdefender22 ok well it depends on what style and size of lift kit you get. Mine was only a 2" lift and all I had to do was jack up the car to extend the springs, then insert blocks on top of the springs and when you let it back down it sits up higher. Now im not positive but I have done a lot of research and for the most part 2" is the cutoff for the easy change. Once you get up to 3" or higher you will have to swap out the suspension.

  • @mrlaxdefender22 That's a tough job and you may want to have a shop do it as you will need jack up the car to swap out the springs, shocks, etc. and the rear springs can be pretty tricky. Its about a 6-8 hour job professionally done haha I am gettin a 6" lift for it this summer which should be awesome haha but like I said a major job to swap it out.

  • @mrlaxdefender22 Now as for tire size, I would recommend 32s. I have 32s on mine but I cut the fenders a little bit to make it able to turn. 32s would fit nice with a 3" lift, however if you really want you should be able to fit 33" on it but it would require some minor trimming like mine did. Totally your call on that one, hope that helps

  • Where did u buy the grill and clear turn signal covers?

  • nothing like Apple stickers on cars.

I got one on my Jimmy it's been on there since november :P

It's been through car washes and the PA winter.

    What a trooper it is

    Nice Jeep too.

My aunt has a 93 cherokee just about as old as me still running strong too.

    they have a 02 liberty and a 09 patriot.

  • @TJC450 haha oh yeah for sure gotta support Apple. And thanks man its been fun adding new things to it, can never go wrong with a Jeep. Nice to see another fellow Jeep man out there!

  • @Chaucer016 yeah my brother picked it up today I havent seen it yet in person just pictures.

It has a touchscreen that flips out of the dash

    cool as hell.

he has so many plans for it too. he wants to lift it and rubberize the floor or some shit to make it quieter.

Its a white jeep haw was trying to think of a name for it.

I told him white trash :P

    Joking of course.

Im gonna help him work on it a little bit because I dont know anything about cars and I think it will be fun like you said.

  • @TJC450 haha nice!! Yeah mine has a 2" lift on it but im gonna put a 6" in it this summer. And definitely think of a good name that means something cause its your boy now haha :P You'll have fun with it for sure I do with mine every day

  • alright, thanks man yeah i just turned 18 this passed october, im at a hard debate between the mickey thompson and the crusher but im sure ill come to conclusion soon enough thanks so much for your help though man greatly appreciated and once again great video!

  • @TheGhostt45 alright man yeah im sure either one will look sick and work good for ya. No problem though anytime and thanks!

  • i dont mind noise i kinda like it, yeah my dad has goodyear mt/r kevlars on his truck but there way too expensive for my liking, and i can get a sweet deal on the crushers and i absolutley love them i just heard the pull alot on the road always putting you in the lane you dont wanna be in or at least thats what im told :S and im looking for good tread life and great offroad capability and these seem to be it my other option ive been looking into is mickey thompson MTZ's heard anything ?

  • @TheGhostt45 in all honesty as stated in my description im just about to turn 19 so I haven't had much experience with different stuff yet. My dad has had some Mickey Tompson's in the past and he said you can almost never go wrong with them. The crushers do pull a little but its minimal and a Jeep doesn't drive very well onroad in the first place haha I take it to and from college all the time which is a 3 hour drive and so far they drive good and the wear is not bad at all, so i recommend them

  • Great Video, i have a 94 YJ and i absolutley love your cherokee, do you wheel it at all? im assuming you dont considering you've got all the amps and lights and stuff but i mean, im wrong to assume, i gotta ask you though how do you like the cepek crushers onroad? and how are they wearing for you? they look great and i want to put them on my YJ with black DC-2 wheels. any info you could provide would be great (:

and lupe fiasco! amazing artist, good song choice for your video, lights were sick.

  • @TheGhostt45 actually man I wheel it quite a bit, it goes like a fool offroad with these tires haha if I ever do anything real insane I just take the subs out. I live in Michigan too so the winters are always a blast. As for the crushers you can't beat them. They go like mad offroad and there aren't bad onroad either. They do make a lot of road noise but you don't really notice it until you go above 50. I highly recommend them I have had them for just over a year and the wear is not bad at all

  • @TheGhostt45 I've been a little rough on them too, ya know the basic burnouts here and there and some crazy offroad trips but they have held up great. I would definitely say go for them if you are looking for a real aggressive tire. I've only gotten the thing stuck once and that was in a snow drift about 6 feet tall. Other than that it is almost unstoppable haha Hope that helps a little if you have any more questions feel free to ask

  • what all di you use for the lights, i would like to know because i want lights for the trunk of my jeep

  • @codylloyd74 there are 4 led strips at the feet of where all 4 passengers should sit. Each strip has about 20 led lights of different colors. There is a control box that is mounted by my seat where you can adjust between 15 different settings including one that senses vibration and goes to the music. I can't remember the name of the exact site that these were on but I know many websites sell similar items. Just look for aftermarket Led lights in Google or something.

  • Like mc'dees i'm lovin it. Sorta underestimated your Cherokee at first; the set up is awesome!

  • @eneria001 thanks man has taken a lot of time
