  • I had been looking for this song for the last 13 years or so. I could only remember very few words. It was my unicorn, always chasing it and never been able to catch it.

Now I found it: it's a fantastic song as I used to remember it.

  • the best song,my favorite song from the 90´s!!!

  • Any big Dubstar fans here that listen a lot to this great band and have a Last.fm account? (free) Give me your user name so I can find you and potentially add you as a friend :-) Mine is last.fm/user/Zar-Unity

  • I´d love to dance to the rythm of this song under the sun, in a park, with my special person, and spin and spin and spin...

I listened Dubstar first when I was 12 years old. This was one of the first songs I ever downloaded from Internet, and I am very fond of it. Gives me both happy and very sad memories from that times, and that´s why it will always be one of "my songs", those ones that define you almost completely. Now I am 26 years old and it stills gives me goosebumps listening to this.

  • This is probably my favorite song, in general. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia, and sadness, yet i'm always uplifted and moved by the song. It's really amazing. :) I am very happy that I found Dubstar.

  • @NeonDCL Couldn't agree more, sadness and hope.

  • My favourite Dubstar tune.

  • first time i listen this song when i in 6 grade of elementary school.. and i immediately just fall in love with this song!! never bored!! now, i'm in semester 7 of university... omg!! get surprised to found it again now!!

  • love this song...only recently discovered it as well, off an old tape of my father's(he was a fan of Dubstar,as was I when I was a teen and still am)..love the video too...thank you!

  • песенка из детства))

    спасибо

  • this song banishes all my negative thoughts and enables me, albeit briefly, to see the positive side in everything and everyone.

  • After my 10,000th listen to goodbye this year, it just gets better every time I hear it

  • This has a very Duran Duran sound to it?! Great song!

  • This should have way more views. Listen to the sound of the 90's. Awesome. What a decade that was! I still miss those days!!!

  • I love this song. It is one of my all time favorites. I have it on my iPod and after all these years I still listen to it religiously over and over again.

  • My favourite Dubstar song! So beautiful. Love it!!!

  • Mine too. "Not so manic now" is a close second.

  • Agree with

    TheDaveCC

  • I was living in Scotland in the late 90's and it does seem as though there was a lot of great music during that time.

  • Great song, inspired by the Pet shop Boys indeed;o))

  • I honestly think after 1998 music British music went a bit down the shitter. Thank god bands like Kasabian, etc grew up on 90's music so they could bring something back otherwise wed all be listening to the Oxide and Neutrino and the true steppers.

  • Yet another classic from one of the best of the 90's

  • not only is this track amazing, but mrs.dubstar is utterly gorgeous! Disgraceful is still one of my all-time <3 albums :)

  • You're right in every way. Disgraceful was, and still is, very underrated. No more talk was one of the best tunes of the 90's.

  • Northern accents are so sexy

  • Are you really the kid in the video..????

  • nice song.

btw, the drum fill at the beginning of this song, is a sample from yes's "owner of a lonely heart"

  • Thanx for the note! I love such interesting btw-facts and I didn't know that.

  • love it!

  • 'twas a great song...

  • still is. :)

  • avant garde? good one!

  • Yeah i swear i did it YEEEEEARS ago with Chris Cunningham he bought me an ice lolly and i had some weird star wars gameboy

  • You're a lucky one. ;)

  • simply perfect

  • I'm the kid haha

  • really??

  • please come back to dubstar, client just doesn't have it!

  • i like this tune, it's so uniqyue band its almost avant garde

  • This song puts modern pop to shame. IMO, the 90s had the best music from all genres, hands down.

  • Totally agree, and that's not because it was my "youth", I was in my 30s! Music has got steadily crapper since 1998.

  • Truth right there, brother. I'm turning 18 this November, but I wish I had discovered this type of music when I was growing up in the 90s.

  • It was a great feeling when when it slowly dawned something great was happening in music, you could hardly turn on the radio and not find something you liked. And Mark & Lard to dish it up on Radio 1! Ecstasy!

If you have found this song, which is the cream of the crop, I'm sure you will be into some quality tunes; Shed7, Terrorvision, Reef, Charlatans, Pulp..

Don't worry, I'm sure your own "golden era" will come along, this tidal wave of musical shit we are in now can't last forever.can it?

  • You put it so well.

  • Sarah - gorgeous

    great band...

  • the first guy in the queue looks like Brandon Flowers

  • Great band and cool pop chick. Why did this band not end up top of the stack? I am confused.

  • I remember the song, I don't remember the year, was it from the 90's?

    lovely song with gorgeous lyrics.
