Hi @XJdcheckX, people who had went through LASIK can still apply to join the RSAF and we will send them for a medical review by the aeromedical doctor to ascertain if they are suitable for the vocation they are applying for. Hope this answers your question. :)

In the July issue of Air&Cosmos, an interview with a Mirage-2000 pilot. He said France generally won everything and that he was able to overcome the big radar of the MKI. The full range of A2A missiles was used with full radar capabilities. Rafale and latest Mirage-2000-5 were used as aggressors. MKI has a huge RCS and was easy to spot. Of Singapore pilots... demonstrated a surprising ability to adapt.

the countries whom developed the F-35 are the major countries. Singapore play a crucial role by being the security program. although Singapore is the only Asian country who participate in the F-35 Program. I am sure Singapore will have a set of F-35
@F35JSFA1 Thanks for the lead. I am quite certain it will be years ahead until Singapore gets her very own F35 squadron. And only when the SOP for operating F35 (contributed by US and Israel) reaches its maturity, will then SAF mindef consider placing their orders. By then, probably is the time when I have my 1st child. -_-
@up2wind yea.. u are right.. F-35 is very adaptable for Singapore Air Forces.. in many various ways, F-35 can provide full air cover for CAP, CAD... Due to government and local response, aquiring F-35 will take a while too..
Singapore should get some panavia tornado gr4.Would love to fly that when i join the force next time.
