the end boss is pretty harsh and brutal, really hard one to boot, its basically a huge gaping asshole with nipples that are dicks and are shitting.. i've never beat it.. overall i'll give this game a 9/10, and you should get it. if you have an 8800 series video card, you can really see the detail in the anuses and the brown, reflective shit.
